SKILLS & ABILITIES Through previous work experience, I am capable of operating a cash
register, an eftpos machine and responsibly handling money. I am
also able to deal with customers in the appropriate manner.
Moreover, I am capable of operating a coffee machine. Moreover, I
have a Certificate I in business, which gives be a useful insight into
the daily operations of a business.

While working at McDonalds, my key responsibilities was to operate
the front counter. I was required to take orders, both on the front
counter and drive through, pack the orders and give them to the
customers.
In working here, I have obtained knowledge of how to work as part of
a functioning team as well as being capable of using my initiative to
work alone.
Over the past 18 months, since working for McDonalds I have
achieved a star for cleanliness and another one for service.
For this I had to:
- Pass quizzes
- Show to be competent in putting theory into practice
- Undertake on the spot checks
All of the above tasks were carried out over a matter of time. I was
observed carrying out these tasks without my knowing.

 While working at muffin Break, my key responsibilities are to both
serve customers on the register, and to also make coffee and
prepare foods for service.

In working here, I have matured a lot and furthered my customer

service knowledge. I have especially acquired knowledge on how to
appropriately deal with customers of an age range averaging at 30+.
