CT STUDY OF PARANASAL SINUSES AXIAL AND CORONAL

Both maxillary sinuses are clear.. No mucosal thickening / fluid collection is

seen. No evidence of any bony destruction is seen.

Bilateral osteomeatal complexes are seen normally. No evidence of any

blockage is seen.

Ethmoid, sphenoid and frontal sinuses are clear.

Nasal septum is deviated to left..

Left middle nasal turbinate is pneumatized / aerated. Other nasal turbinates

are seen normally.

No mass lesion is seen in nasopharynx or nasal cavity.

OPINION:

DEVIATED NASAL SEPTUM.

CONCHA BULLOSA LEFT.
NO OTHER SIGNIFICANT ABNORMALITY DETECTED.

Clinical correlation is necessary
