It has also acquired 1800 MW Hydroelectric Power project - EBITDA from Jaypee Group funded by State Bank of India.
Over and above that Reliance Power is also building 4,200 MW Hydroelectric Power project in Arunachal Pradesh ; 700
MW Hydroelectric Power project in Himachal Pradesh and 400 MW Hydroelectric Power project in Uttarakhand.

Even Foreign Companies from Arab Countries, like TAQA ( Abu Dhabi Based National Energy Company ) has started
purchasing Hydroelectric Power projects in India. Not surprisingly given that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has turned
India into Worlds Biggest Departmental Store.

When Sonia Gandhi led UPA government was in power , her government came up with a new.. policy to build
infrastructure projects , the new policy was called as Public Private Partnership ( PPP ).
Within PPP Model was another NEW model to build infrastructure Projects, called ( BOT ) Build Operate-
Transfer. It works like this , some new Infrastructure Company would take Multi Trillion Dollar Loan from a PSU
bank, then build the required infrastructure after a formal agreement with the concerned Ministry under( BOT ) Build
Operate- Transfer.
As per the clauses in BOT contract, after a few years of operation , once the Infrastructure Company has
recovered the money, ownership of concerned Infrastructure project is transferred to the government. In this way , the
company would recover its costs , make profit and repay the PSU Bank , then transfer the ownership of the Project to the
government.

In practice , exactly the opposite happend , it became Build Operate OWN.

The private Infrastructure Company actually took ownership of the infrastructure Projects ( lets say Dams , oil
Wells , Gas Reserves , coal mines) after a few years of operation.
More importantly, Multi Trillion Dollar Loan taken from PSU bank to build build infrastructure Projects ( example Dams
) were never repaid. As a result, some Rs 60,00,000 Crores disappeared from PSU Banks under UPA government led by
Congress President Sonia Gandhi.

This is what Willful Defaulter and Liquor Baron Vijay Mallya who escaped to UK after defaulting PSU Banks
upto Rs 10,000 Crores, told the Media in his defence that PSU Banks have BAD LOANS upto Rs 60,00,000 Crores ,
which the Narendra Modi Government and the Media is not speaking about, since it involves BIG CORPORATE
HOUSES.

More than 100 Dams have been built on River Ganga by BJP government in Uttarakhand under PPP Model. But now the

Reliance Power to buy Jaypee Hydro Assets for Rs 12,000 Crores

Reliance Power purchased 1800 MW Hydroelectric Power Assets of Jaypee Group for Rs 12,000 Crore. The deal was
signed between Reliance CleanGen Ltd ( RCL ), a 100% subsidiary of Reliance Power and Jaiprakash Power Ventures
( JPVL) for the 100% acquisition by Reliance CleanGen Ltd ( RCL ) the entire Hydroelectric portfolio of Jaiprakash
Power Ventures ( JPVL), making Reliance one of the largest power companies with 7800 MW Operating capacity by the
end of fiscal year 2015.

JVPL Hydroelectric Power portfolio consists of three plants 300 MW Baspa Stage II plant in Kinnaur in Himachal
Pradesh , 400 MW Vishnuprayag Plant in Chamoli District in Uttarakhand ; 1091 MW Karcham Wangtoo Plant in
Himachal Pradesh.

Adani buys Lanco Plant in Rs 6,000 Crore Deal

New Delhi Adani Power has stuck a deal to buy Lanco Infratechs 1200 MW imported coal fired power plant in Udupi
in Karnataka for more than Rs 3000 Crore, marking the biggest acquisition in Indias Thermal Power Industry.
The Udupi plant comes with a captive jetty to handle import of four million tonnes of coal per year and an external coal
handling system in the New Mangalore Port Trust. This capacity can be doubled too. This infrastructure would add to
Adani coal import capacity. Adani Group runs Indias largest coal handling port at its Mundra Special Economic Zone in
Gujarat. The Udupi Power plant has an added advantage since its capacity can be raised by another 120 MW and the
special purpose vehicle that operates the plant has an agreement with Karnataka government to supply 90% of the power
for the state and sell rest to Punjab. Adani power has an installed generation capacity of about 8620 MW .

Adani Group has the worlds single largest private coal based power plant at Mundra of 4,620 MW , which after the
buyout , Adani Power total operational capacity will rise to over 9800 MW making it No 1 Private Power producer in the
country.

If Indians are truly serious about fighting corruption

They must read this :
What British Colonial Rulers bequeathed upon us Indian people, a government that is structured to favour the
ruling elite. The oppressive and exploitative laws established by British Colonial Rulers, were part of that
government structure.

This included British Era Newspapers and British Era Criminal Justice System, that gave legitimacy to this
oppressive and exploitative government, which was a legacy of British Colonial Rule.

Many post colonial nations have dismantled this structure but India hasnt.

Corruption is a double edged sword, held by the ruling freemason politicians, it strengthens their positions, as
they come to possess enormous sums of money, upto Billions of US Dollars, while the teeming millions cant
feed themselves two meals a day. This creates enormous disparity in wealth, between powerful and influential
politicians vs. teeming millions.

Corrupt politicians simply siphon money out of the system, take it to tax havens and again bring it back to India

date, this cycle will keep going on and on.

Decades after India became independent, genuine and committed freedom fighters were still rotting in Jail until
1970s and all British Era Newspapers like The Times of India simply ignored them. The then ruling
Congress Party led Government ( under Prime Minister Pt Jawaharlal Nehru ) simply claimed that freedom
fighters still in Jail could not be released because of bureaucratic red tape. Many genuine and committed
freedom fighters died of tuberculosis, while they were still in Jail.

2002 Naroda Patia massacre case and seek capital punishment for 10 convicts, including Kodnani and
Bajrang Dal leader Babu Bajrangi , who had been sentenced to life imprisonment.
The SIT had sought the state governments nod immediately after special judge Jyotsna Yagnik had
delivered her verdicts, convicting Kodnani, Bajrangi and a host of other accused.
The special court had sentenced Kodnani to 28 years in jail for the massacre of 97 Muslims in Naroda
Patia. Babu Bajrangi was sent to jail for the rest of his life.

The cable by Blake said,in Indias northeast,for

about illegal migration of Muslims from Bangladesh.
With the recent improvement of Indo-Pak relations,he
(Jaitley) added,Hindu nationalism is now less resonant
in New Delhi,but that could change with another cross-
border terrorist attack,for instance on the Indian
Parliament, the cable,accessed by The Hindu,said.
