Dear MMT Executive,

We made booking from you for our Dubai Holidays for 3 Families (6 Adult and 4 Children) from 01/11/2016 to 08/11/2016
under Vouchers IN1610B7S2145864 with Email ID redsparrowindia@gmail.com. With regard to experience with vacation
you can understand the severity if I am writing you in the middle of my Dream Vacation. The Story has the themes that we
have to do the vacations at your courtesy and convenience, let it be customised Private Tour. From last minute handling of
Erroneous Booking Name to cancelling tours, our adventure with you people is just never ending. We are just frustrated
with the way tour being handled by some self proclaimed gurus of Operations Management who are nothing but bunch of
high ego personalities positioned here in Dubai, who are shying to perform their duties and can do miracles on last day to
make tour hit without even getting up from their positions.
Why are we angry?
Pre-Booking
1) Wrong Name Bookings received 2 hours before flight Take off (Nilesh Kumar instead of Nilesh Kothari) and
Vouchers received minutes before take off after repeated Calling.
Day 1 - Dubai
2) Hotel Do not have Rooms at Same Floor Ready at Check In Time
3) New Allotted Hotel with one Guest Family Getting Studio Apartment instead of 1BHK
4) Booking for a Guest with Extra Bed was miscommunicated by you and extra Payment was asked for same
5) Dhow Cruise Person Asking for Money at Reservation Desk when Voucher Showed and reluctant to give
Admission
6) Jain Breakfast everyday need to Ask for and finally a Single Option was given everyday
Day 2 - Dubai
7) Hotel Pickup Everyday at Wrong Hotel need to Correct Everyday and need to confirm his whereabouts everyday
(He used to go to Old Reserved Hotel as nothing was communicated about Changes)
8) Pickup Delay average by 20-45 minutes
Day 3- Dubai
9) Drop off was At Courtesy of Operator, we were stranded for 1.5 Hrs at IMG Park with Family outside waiting at
Night as Pickup from IMG to Hotel was not done at 6:30pm (They did not called us and Assumed 8:00pm Pick up)
10) IMG Park Your According to Driver was 4 Hour Tour (Can anyone do it in 4 Hours)
Day 5 - Dubai
11) Limo did Turned up after Confirming at 4:45pm (was supposed to come in 15 minutes), it did not turned up by
7:00pm finally we aborted Limo Ride and Hired Taxi to Burj Khalifa whose show time was 8:30pm. (Also Does
your Training Includes How to tell Lies to Customer. You Crossed the Limits)
12) Your Over Smart Operations Guy Mr. Prashant Siddhart has no Idea about our Ordeal since last 6 Days and he
was reluctant to meet us even after our Burj Khalifa Visit, he recommended to visit next day at 12:00pm we
refused straight away as we dont wanted to waste our last day for your Non-Customer Centric and No Idea Hero
of yours.
13) Your Hero Accused us of We Telling Lies of Dhow Cruise Incident, Sir we are No Nonsense people who does like
telling lies or stuping low.
14) Your feeling Sad or Meeting us Tomo is not going to do Miracles

Frustrated for your Taken for Granted Attitude as we have paid up Advance, pls dont think we will just suffer. Handling
over our Dream Vacations to you was biggest Mistake and Nightmare for us. We just cant take it and decided to Abort as
the frustration is just unbearable. Kindly refund as the Entire Trip Charges with Airfare and Visa Fees, as we do not like to
continue with you.
We promise to take stern actions against you people as you have no right to play with emotions and dreams of people.
You need to be more professional and ethical in dealing with your customer. Your Executive are Liars and Ignorant Idiots
who dont even know what happened until days.
Just Refund us as we will never come to you or Recommend you to anyone in this World!
