Introduction

At the beginning you shall know that you have a very special place in this world.
For everyone and for you too here is something special and something good. You
can find that only thing if you follow your heart and intuition.

And to make it all possible, well, you need to know a few rules. Because there are
some rules in the Universe that if you know them your life will be easier and your
dreams will soon come true.

May goal is to show and explain you how these rules function and how you can
use them for your benefit.

I will try to give you and teach you the rules that apply to this life and what every
successful person knows and follows instinctively.

But in life, as in a fairy tale we meet with fights, good and evil and it looks like a
"must" to happen before the prince kisses the princess or before we find our way
and finally get it and get where we always wanted to be.

And yet it really does not have to be like that. There's no need to struggle with a
dragon or seek a kidnapped princess. We can save a lot of drama. Yeah, but how?

Lets look at that "how to make it" that will help you on your journey to happiness,
health, love, beauty, wealth and above all joy and peace. This book will really help
you to discover what you love, what you enjoy, what makes you happy and during
it you will definitely experience that super great feeling of victory, total joy and
satisfaction over yourself, you may have not experienced for years.

And it does not have to end up at this stage. The issue is not to experience this
great feeling of joy from the self-realization only for one moment and enough.
That would be a sad end of the story. But rather you will learn how to experience
this feeling often and always so that you can really fully rejoice in all what you do.

In life we wish for a lot of things. Someone wishes for health, the other wants
money, another friendship, and someone maybe a house and a car. Unfortunately

either of these things may not last much longer, and in addition all of them have
their beginning and an end. There is only one thing we can sustain and that we
never run out of and that is the feeling of joy and happiness.

And because of this joy and from it we essentially live. Although there are still a lot
of things in your life which probably make you tired, but if you wouldnt enjoy
anything, hand on your heart, probably you would have killed yourself long ago.
But you go on. Why? Because there still are or you somehow believe that there
are things that you like and that you enjoy. And it recharges you and gives you the
strength to do even those things that dont make you so happy.

So the question is: What can I do to rejoice again? And may I set my life so I would
be happy and satisfied forever?

Definitely! Fortunately, nothing is lost. As long as you live, you still have a chance
to do something with your life. You can redirect it somewhere and somehow
move it on. So just dont be lazy, nicely take your sleeves up, because there is
quite a bit of work in front of us and lets go for it!

Aim

The objective of this book is to teach you how to think positively here and now
and forever on no matter what your circumstances are, whether positive or
negative.

And in this way you will not accompanied only by me but there will be another 10
first-class personalities working collectively to remind you of who you really are,
what you are (the best and the brightest creature in the world) and especially to
help you begin again to walk the path that leads to the realization of all of your
dreams.

LESSON ONE: I

In this lesson well take a look at why it is necessary to know yourself and why we
should think about, who we are and what we want from life. And of course we will
think about what makes us happy and satisfied.

Think about

Who am I really?

To this question every one of us should be able to answer. It is the most basic and
the most important question of all.

Do you know who you are?


What would you say about yourself?
And are you happy with who you are?
Are you happy with who you have become?

Hm ... .Now give yourself time for reflection, because the answers to these
questions are very important and will help you to better understand yourself.

Explanation

Why is it so important to know who I am?

Because it is the foundation of everything. Imagine that you went on vacation and
you would not discuss with your husband or wife where to go this year and did not
even take navigation.
Where do you think you would get?

And it's the same in life.


Unfortunately a lot of people dont even think about the goal for their life and lost
a map somewhere along the way.
And yet it is so simple. And yet so often weve forgotten.

Sometimes I regret that we ask our children what and who they would like to be
only when they are 15 years old. We should ask them all the time, from childhood
perceive their talent and help them to pursue it. We shall be open to see what
they rejoice and what interests and amazes them. Most of us where not asked
these questions and so weve got used to take life as it is and do not plan it too
much and we dont want and expect much from life.

It is a great pity. That lovely thinking about me and about my life is so nice and
important. It is dreaming where it all starts.

As your first homework start to dream more. Think about your life and how your
life should be if it had to be perfect.

Go outside for a walk and just wonder at what do you want, what do you do well,
what would make you happy if you achieve it. Just think about yourself for
youself.

Then give yourself other questions such as: what have I achieved till this day?
What I was able to overcome?
From what all I managed to wriggle out and speak out?
What situations have I saved and for whom I was able to secure things?

Wow, very fast you will have a whole list of things that you have already
accomplished. And all this only you have done. Nobody else would have
everything done so greatly, cleverly, wittily and fantastically just as you did.

Well, arent you awesome?


You can be proud of yourself!

And now when you know what all you've done and what you have. How about to
think about what to do to get even all of that what you want and what you wish
for today?

Hm? Surely you can find a plan how to do it. What to do ... .. Where to call ... ..
Who to ask for an advice and so on ......
At the beginning please remind yourself how wonderful you are.

Immediately get up and go to look in the mirror. Do you like yourself? Is it a great
picture? Or would you like to improve it somehow?

Look at yourself for several minutes. Even if you dont like your own image from
the beginning, you will see that the longer you stare at yourself, the better you
will like yourself and the more satisfied you will be with yourself.

And then there will be a nice feeling. The feeling that the man who is looking back
at you in the mirror is actually your good friend. A good friend who's always been
here for you. All those years.

Praise him! And if you dont like very much his look today, just tell yourself that
you will do something about it and give yourself this as a task.

For example, women may begin to use make-up more. Online you can find endless
number of books or videos on youtube where you can learn everything about
make-up or every exercise for any kind of muscle. Just lets do it! There is nothing
more important than the good feeling you shall have from being you! And that's
the whole point.
Gentlemen, but ladies too can enjoy a massage. You can start to run, walk, swim,
do a few push-ups in the morning or just go for a walk.

But start to do something for yourself! This is necessary. It is necessary that we
feel good and have a good feeling from ourselves.
For whom else should we care about? Of course we should care about our
children and loved ones, but hand on heart. When you are satisfied with yourself,
you are in a good shape and you enjoy looking at yourself then will you even
better take care about your loved ones?

Sure, you will. And not only that. For your family and for all your friends you will
become a good example that they would like to follow. And this will boost your
self-confidence and satisfaction and your enjoyment will raise even more.

A friend of mine had a grandfather. It was a very clever man who once gave him
this advice: It is always better when people envy you than when they are sorry for
you. That fact that they envy you its a proof that you're doing well.

Ive been thinking about it for a long because I didnt like that advice at first. But it
is true. Envy here is not meant in the bad sense, as we are accustomed. Vice versa.
It serves for our encouragement. As long as we are satistisfied with ourselves and
with our life we will radiate this positive feeling all around us. Natuaraly people
will see how happy and good we are and of course many of them will start to envy
us this satisfaction and happiness. It is a natural process.

And so what? Take it as a signal that you are doing well, offer them help or advice
so that they can live the same way like you.

LESSON TWO: VISION

Congratulations to the completion of the first lesson. Let's look at what awaits for
us in the second session.
The second lesson will carry us through the precise and concrete plan that
everyone creates for himself.
During this lesson we will define our personal goals, material goals and financial
goals.
A lot of people dont think very much especially over the last two kinds of goals
and this is a big mistake.
We are not going to repeat this mistake so were going to set our goals. And not
only that. We'll start working on them. Are you interested?

Explanation

Vision. A special word. A word that is often inflected rather in the context of some
great visionary of global importance, such as Steve Jobs. But that does not mean
that visions have only "chosen" people.

Each person should have his vision of how he wants to live now, in 5, 10 or 20
years.

What are the visions good for?


Because of the result.
They help us to accomplish what weve always wanted in life.
To have a life we want.
To fulfill all our dreams.
To be great and the best possible imaginable version of Me that we can be.

Everything else. Everything below the level of your maximum, your beautiful
vision about yourself is a mere shadow of your potential. And it's sad. It's a pity.

Of course you can live in your own shadow. You can live just on 50 percent of your
maximum. You can create for your life just 1/3 things you want. Calmly. A lot of
people are doing that.
But wouldnt you be sorry? Wouldnt you envy someone else, someone who lives
greatly, who is enjoying life to the fullest and fulfills one dream after another?

Would you be jelaous? Would you like have that too? So do that for yourself too!

At the beginning I have to prepare you that it probably wont happen from day to
day. Not because it wouldnt be possible, some people are able to change the
style of thinking almost from day to day and really maintain this new style.

But we dont need a shock therapy, its enough to slowly realize everything and
implement into your life the things that will make you happier and conversely
slowly leave those things that dont bring you much joy.

Ok, let's start with those personal goals.

1) Personal goals1

Drain all dogmas and all the limitations that you have in mind and which you
typicaly follow.

Imagine that you are children again. Imagine that you can wish for anything,
without restriction and that everything is possible, everything that can be met.
Tune in to this wave and start typing.

What do you want to do?
How do you want to be perceived by people?
What do you want to learn?
How do you want to look?
How do you want to take care of yourself?
What do you want to create?
How do you want to behave?

First task
You have 5 minutes to write down what do you want to achieve and what do you
want to be like from today to 20 years in. Start writing. Now. Immediately

Write as quickly as possible, mindlessly.

After 5 minutes, stop.

Second task
Now you have one minute to write to each of your goals the time limit. The limit
by which you intend to achieve that goal. Behind each of your goals put into the
brackets a number 1, 5, 10 or 20 years, eg. (1), (10) etc. Start writing without
thinking.

Third task
Choose 3 main goals of those where you have written (1) in the brackets.
And write them down on a special paper. After each allow about five blank lines.

Fourth task
Now under each of these three goals write a paragraph about WHY you want to
achieve it, what joy you will experience if you achieve it, how will you feel, what it
will mean for you if you have it.
Write such a paragraph about each of these three goals. You've got three minutes.

Now you have in front of yourself a list of your personal goals.

Similarly, we will proceed with the material and financial goals.

In this way you find what you really want in life. Because you have to write your
thoughts quickly one after the other, you have no time to examine them and you
write from you subconscious. That's very good.

The contradiction between our happiness and unhappiness that we feel, happens
when we are consciously doing one thing while our subconsciousness wishes for
something else.

Thus you have a list of things that you really want, and now it's up to you how are
you going to access them.

LESSON THREE: THE HORRORS AND ANALYSIS

In the previous lesson, we defined our visions and goals in three areas.
We already have created our personal, material and financial goals.

In this lesson we will look at why we sometimes fail to succeed and realize our
goals. Why is it sometimes so difficult? Why do others keep on repeating us their
opinions and experiences just to asure us that our dreams are impossible? Why
everything plays against us, against our view, our desire and our vision?
And how to overcome it?

Think about

Does your life seems more as a reaction rather than the creation of something?
Why do you think that you are unsuccessful in fulfilling your vision?
What in your life makes you dissatisfied?

Explanation

Every person and people in general have a lot of beautiful, amazing, brilliant,
many times unimaginable visions in the eyes of others. But why dont we fulfill so
many of our visions? Why do we give up them? Why are we ever willing to give up
our vision? Is it even possible? Well, in theory it seems like the biggest crap in the
world, isnt it?

Why would anyone voluntarily surrender his most beautiful dream and idea? That
looks strange, isnt it?

And yet it happens every day, millions of people are withdrawing, leaving their
best ideas about their lives to reconcile with the current situation. To embrace
sometimes less than 50% of their ideal, sometimes less than 20%, or less than 10%
of what they wanted and what they wish for.
Why is it?

99% of such cases are caused by other people's opinions. The opinions of people
we listen to and with whom we consult our vision. We dont decide on the basis of
our thoughts and feelings, but based on the experiences and opinions of other
people.
How can we even let someone else's opinion to outbid our feeling and our love
and enthusiasm that we feel towards our vision?
And yet we do it.

I'll tell you about how it goes. Because otherwise it would be just an ode to the
inability of people to fulfill their wishes, but in fact we have it much harder. I just
wanted now in the beginning to show you what happens and to make you realize
how huge mistakes we are committing if we give up our dream.

But let's now take a little more realistic example, because sometimes our situation
isnt pink at all when just everything and everyone plays against us until we come
to the conclusion that we probably went crazy when we were able to think the
opposite of what people think or the opposite of what we see that is happening all
around us.
And yet it is necessary to dont give up! And we're going to learn it. Were going to
learn how to dont give it up.

Imagine this example. You love a man who loves you too. But during the time you
will find out that he's selfish that he criticizes you (even if his criticism is true) and
so you try to adapt, but you adapt too much and in almost everything. You adapt
so much that you forget about who you really are and what actually makes you
happy and why you're here at all. And he doesnt adapt in anything, quite the
contrary. The more you try and adapt, the more he is unhappy and dissatisfied
with you. When it comes so far that he breaks up with you.

But you still love him and feel that he loves you, too. But you're away from each
other.
Now you have a choice. Either you go immediately to pour your heart and
complain about him and say everything to your family and friends who will in
100% of cases say poor you and they wont understand how you were able to
be in such a relationship for a long time. They will be sorry for you and condemn
your partner as a selfish and arrogant man. And if you listen to these opinions for
some time and because you are emotionally weak, you are very likely to start to
believe these opinions and you will give up and surrender your relationship. And
you have learned nothing. Youll go and you will find a new relationship.

In this case the opinions and experiences of other people won over your heart.
And you will experience the horrors, as you will try to ignore the wishes of your
heart.

And now the second solution. You wont tell your problems immediately to others
and instead of it you begin to think about all what happened to you. Youll take a
time out when you will be just with yourself and you calmly, slowly, step by step,
think on your own behavior. You come out and make a list of things you would do
differently next time when you are reunite with your partner again.
You get to realize what you enjoy doing and who you really are and you begin to

work again on everything that you love and what makes you happy. You start
taking care of yourself and most importantly you will continue to trust and to love
your partner and believe that it will go all well and that you will return together.
You wont let anything negative to influence you.

But that's not all. After a few days or a week, those negative thoughts will find
you. Whether you like it or not. Time is running and you and your positive thinking
will be slowly eroded by the fact that even if you believe and slowly change,
nothing happens. Your partner doesnt contact you and so you start to think that
he feels good without you and that probably he is doing well enough and you start
to doubt. You begin to have doubts if you ever are together again. If you return.
You begin to wonder if all those nice dreams and positive images of yours are not
just fairytailes and illusions and you begin to doubt that if it ever happens that you
get back together.

Then, sooner or later you will meet someone with whom youll share your
situation. And the person will probably tell you exactly that "truth" that he is
selfish and that even if anything is done he will remain intrinsically unhappy. But it
is cool that you're grown up, and that you again enjoy what you do and yourself.

And yet even here you will experience the horrors, fears and depression from the
fact that youve perhaps mistaken, and that all is lost forever, because there are
no indications that the situation could ever turn for the better.

Yeah, but now you tell me what you would do with your love?

Would you leave your love in this situation when facing the facts that absolutely
ALL, all circumstances, time, other peoples advice and your partners approach
plays against you and your dream that youll be together again?

I give you an advice DONT GIVE IT UP AND ANALYSE!


Later we will talk a little more in detail about positive thinking. Now I just sum it
up in a nutshell:
1. Each situation is good, because every situation leads to your good and growth.
2. Therefore, we should take every situation positively, love it, accept it and
continue to follow the wishes of our heart and intuition.
These are two fundamental truths and if you can start to apply them from now on

in your life, you dont have to continue in this book and you will see that you will
not only live the life of your dreams, but above your dreams.

But now let's get back to our situation and the reality where we dont know or
cant think so much positively.

Everything you feel love for and what attracts your heart is good. Remember it.
Even if the situation was of any kind and even if no matter how wise and clever
man would be saying you anything. Your heart is in the first place and has the
highest truth, because only your heart knows and has YOUR truth.

So, what to do in a situation where everything plays against you and you are all
alone with your great idea?

Think about and analyze. You have a brain, and now came the best moment to use
it.
Ask yourself:
1. Do you feel you are still in love with your partner and want to be with him?
Does your heart lead you to him? If so, ask yourself the following question.
2. Why precisely me? What can I do to resolve this situation, and why am I in
this situation? And dont worry, the answer will find you.
The answer may be as follows:

You felt in love with a man who is selfish, inherently unhappy, and who has only
short-term relationships. So you see the same situation is repeated. Women come
and go. Probably because for now, each gave up, she began to focus on herself,
believed the opinions of the surroundings that he isnt worth it and stopped
believing.

Maybe even you arent meant to be together, but you have to follow your heart.
So maybe you just have to help the man to "awaken" and begin to live again and
be who he really is. Therefore, your heart keeps saying that you like him. Perhaps
after you help him, you may feel that you no longer need him or you dont love
him so much or that next to him you eventually dont feel as good as you thought.
In any case, now you're here and now, and now you still love him. And the number
one rule that Ill be keep repeating here over and over again is - Follow your heart.
And now analyze!

So he is unhappy and nobody could help him. Is there any possibility that the
universe has chosen you to help him, because you are strong enough and you
wont give it up like all those before you? Is it possible? Of course!

Think also about it and what lesson from all of this shall you take for yourself?
How did you grow up? Where did you move?

Have you risen thanks to his criticism? Have you improved in some areas? Yes and
a lot. Where did the split move you? Did it force you to think again about what
and who you are and what you really want from your life and what you enjoy
doing? Yes! And are you doing it today more than before? Yes, I am working more
and again I enjoy what I do. Great, so you've made an incredible leap forward.

And remember, in life it is always going about that growth. All situations, all the
people we meet, all the things that we have, serve only to enable us to define
ourselves, who we are. To help us grow and gradually become the most beautiful
version of ourselves. And so we also contribute to the growth of other people that
we meet and help them rise to their maximum and most beautiful expression of
themselves.

After this analysis, we can conclude that you've made a great growth and progress
forward, while your partner is still where he was or maybe he also has changed.
But this we dont know. And you still love him. This suggests that you two havent
finished yet and that there is still a space for his development, and perhaps even
more space for your development.

We have the analysis. We know that there is no need to give up your feelings, but
just the opposite. You should now and always follow your heart. But what to do?
You cant talk to him now when he doesnt talk with you. So what now? Again,
think positively and engage a little the time management.
All the goals and dreams that you have, should be given a time horizon. So give
yourself one month, for example, and say that by this time, your situation is
resolved. And it is not enough just to say it, but you have to identify with it. This

Be grateful for his development and advancement too, even if you dont know
how or what he is experiencing. But believe he is experiencing.

Now the last question. If today after all the horrors and anxieties that you have
lived through, if at the beginning you knew that it all goes well, that you do well if
you follow your heart, and it's just about your growth and the growth of your
partner. If you realize that it is just about that growth and that every situation and
everything you experience really helps just to boost your growth, would you let all
those situations to force you to experience those horrors? Or would you rather
embrace all those situations and have taken them as positive, trying to learn from
each of them. Would you rather keep analyzing in your heart and mind what is
happening and cheered from each of these situations, because you know that it
just leads to something better, and to experiencing of something more beautiful?
Wouldnt you then be just happy and thankfull through the whole life if you knew
that everything is for your good?

Then there would be nothing about horrors to write about. And so it rightly should
be. The horrors in fact are but doesnt exist. There are only happy endings and you

are going to experience those soon if you follow your heart and intuition.

And dont worry, everything is temporary. Even your situation and also the bad
situation can change in a minute to look like the most beautiful moment of your
life, so lets create it and do it now. How? That you accept it with love and peace
and the belief that it only serves to something good.

LESSON FOUR: TIME AND DEATH

In this lesson we will learn and we will remind ourselves that, even though there
are many things and people important for us, after all life itself is constantly
changing it is necessary to know that everything is temporary.

We will focus also on death, but we will look at it from its positive angle. What can
death teach us and why the things become easier in the face of death.

Make a list of your best and worst experiences.

Think about what these situations brought you, where did they move you, what
kind of experience you gained through them, what you learned, what beautiful
feelings you experienced?

Which of those would you like to live through again?

Which would you rather never experience at all?

Explanation

Time

I would like to remind you in this lesson that everything is temporary.

What you were not able to accomplish today, you can accomplish tomorrow.
What you have achieved and closed today, tomorrow could spill again.

Is it too pessimistic? No, it would be folly to think that nothing is important, and
that its not worth trying. Exactly the opposite. These facts just unie us our hands.
And how?

If everything is temporary, we dont have to worry about what will happen,


because it can still change.

If everything is temporary, we dont have to worry about the bad feelings that can
overtake us now. Those feelings will go away, so why should we let them influence
us and our good mood. It is not worth it.

Temporality helps us to feel free and not attached to the past. These are things
that were and are no longer. Maybe they left in us a few scars, but what's the use.
We cant change it. But we can change now and start to slowly change how we
feel now.

For if we are not satisfied with our condition, we may decide that we will change it
right now. It means that nothing more than the present moment we can not count
with.

Of course we have, and we are going to have obligations in the future. For
example we have to take care of our family or even pay the rent next month. It is
clear. But if we should look into that past. By now you have been able to secure
your family somehow and always pay the rent, isnt it? And so it will be next
month. Or maybe better? It depends on you and how you set it up and what
emotional attitude are you going to take.

The main objective of this book is to teach you how to think positively here and
now, and still, whatever your circumstances are, if more positive or more
negative.

So dont worry, you are going to make it. You're not alone.
Now just ponder about the effect of temporariness.

To demonstrate it to you in the best way please get up and go to take some family
photo album. If you do not have a family, take any photograph with people you
know.

Open your album and scroll through your photos. Some of those pictures will
probably evoke in you positive memories, others maybe the negative ones.

And now give yourself this question: How much now depends on where you are
living in that time?
What were you wearing?
How furnished was your house or apartment?
Does it depend today on what kind of work you were doing?
Does it depend on with whom you were living?
The only thing which you are going to remember from those images and what

those images will remind you about is how you felt in that time.

JUST THE FEELING.

That's strange, huh?


Actually, the last thing what we ask about today has the greatest value in our life.
Every day we are far more concerned about how our circumstances look like and
who are the people around us. We do care about these things much more than
about how we feel.

The aim is that you choose your circumstances, people and things in such a way
that with them and through them you are going to feel better.
Do you do it?
Slowly we are going to try and learn this.

Death
Death helps us to realize that in the life actually there is nothing to lose.

As our circumstances may change from day to day thanks to the fact that
everything is temporary, so the factor of death goes even further. Tomorrow, we
may not be here. That is a fact.

For some, this may sound too sad, but it would be pity to view the death from the
negative side.

Rather, lets choose the positive view. Death actually frees us. Everything we so-
called "have to", we actually dont have to. If we werent here tomorrow,
nothing would have happened. Our place would be taken by someone else.

The fact that we think we "should do" some things to please the others, to meet
their expectations towards us, those things we also dont have to do. Why should
we even do it? If you knew that within a week you are going to die, would you try
to please your partner or meet the expectations of your parents? Or would you
give up on their expectations and live the way you would like to live?
Probably the latter, isnt it?

And why dont you live that way today?

What would you gain? How would you feel if you were suddenly free and able to
live according to your wish?
Wouldnt it be better?

Often we forget it because we live in a certain stereotypes and we have adopted a


lot of things from the society in which we live and from other people. That's all
good. We need some patterns, order, rules, and some rhythm. But dont let them
bind you. All this should help us to ease our decidion making so we can
concentrate on what we enjoy most and what we do best. It shouldnt bind us.

Well luckily there is still the death that always reminds us what we actually need
to follow in life.
Follow your heart and listen to your intuition.

Once, in one ad, I think it was Sprite was the message: Follow your instincts. They
couldnt say anything more true. Just follow your instincts.

Neither the society nor the parents or girlfriend or boyfriend knows what is best
for you. They can only think, because they love you and have some idea about you
and how you should live.

But only and only you yourself know it exactly. Only you know what you want and
how you want to feel while doing that. And according to that you should make
decisions in life. Other opinions and recommendations take as advice.
Intellectually think about them and choose and follow only those that serve the
fulfillment of your plans. And forget the rest.

Death helps us to dont be attached to anyrything, to dont depend on the way we


look in front of others or their claims on our lives. Due to the death, we know that
we only have to do what we consider best for ourselves. Death reminds us that in
fact we dont have that much time, in order to deal with something else than
what we love.

LESSON FIFTH: POSITIVE THINKING 1

Now we are approximately in a half of this book, and so its time to focus on the
completely essential, and the most important issue of all.

You are well prepared now. You know who you are, what you want from your life
in the personal, material and financial terms. You have and know your vision. And
youre not afraid to go after your dreams, because you know you have nothing to
lose, because here everything is temporary and death can always speed it up for
us. So you know that you no longer have to follow anything and anyone but your
heart and instinct.

Now, to all of what you already know, we are going to add the most important
thing. If anything doesnt function you need to be prepared what to do, how to
solve the situation and how to make the right decision.

In this and the next lesson we are going to look in detail on the importance of
positive thinking and learn how to keep thinking positively all the time and how to
solve all your worries and problems without letting anything to take you your
positive attitude.

So why do you think negatively? That is a question everyone should ask himself.

Why do you think negatively?

Please answer this question. Write it down in detail. Why? Why? Why?
And only then proceed to the next section of this lesson.

Explanation

Why do people ever think negatively? Is it for any good? And who taught us so?
And did those horrible things which we have been thinking about ever happned?
Sure, yes. Sometimes even bad things happen.

But what? So what? And are we alive today? Are we here and now?

Well, it means that till now we have overcome all of our troubles, problems, fears,
anxieties and difficulties. If we havent we wouldnt be here.

Someone might toss: Ok, I'm here, but I might be a far better off if I havent had to
face and overcome all of the difficulties that happened to me during recent years.
Well in that you are right.

The question is. Do you think that the luckiest people you know or the most
successful and famous people have never experienced or dont experience bad
days and hardships?

Sure they do. It is clear. Nobody gets round worries, stress, bad mood and
problems.
So what's the difference then?

Why you are where you are today and others are further away happier, have
families, homes, good jobs or maybe a lot of money?
Well, why they have it and you dont?

Its in thinking! Thats all!

You can raise an objection that someone is born in a good or a wealthy family and
he doesnt have to work so hard to earn everything and meet his needs. It is a
mistake. This person may have a material security, but if he doesnt learn to think
correctly, he is going to lose his property either, or in spite of everything he wont
be able to be happy. This is evidenced by the suicides of famous and rich people.
Why did they kill themselves?

Thinking. They forgot to create and develop their positive thinking.

We now know that we should not neglect the thinking. Good thinking helps us not
only to be able to achieve all our dreams and goals, but mainly to know how to
enjoy this day. This moment.

Dont wait to start enjoying your life when you're bigger, older, richer, less
stressed, when your children grew up, when you get rid of your annoying partner,
after they shift you to better department, when your boss stops chasing you etc.
No, that's all wrong.

You should be happy and actually have to be happy right here and now!
And if you're not, and you arent working on it, so believe me, life is going to force
you to do it!

Life will force you to think and start to appreciate every moment. How is your life
going to force you? Simply. Its going to take you all what you are attached to,
what you care about the most or what you worry about.

Its going to take you your job if it prevents you from experiencing the happiness.
It takes you your partner if you're trying just to meet his expectations and not
enjoying your own life. It takes you your children if you are constantly worried
becaue of them and you are "nourished" only by the thought of them. Its going to
take you your car if you are attached to it, your beauty, and eventually even your
health. And all this just to make you realize that you are not here for any of these
things or any of those people!
This is the naked truth. You are here only for yourself and your joy and happiness.

I advise you well to be aware of this truth now and here or realize it while reading
this book. It's much better for you to understand it now than to realize it after the
divorce, in the labor office or God forbid the hospital or worse, on your deathbed.
It is quiet difficult to get out of there. Although it's possible.

Do you already have health problems? So it is a signal that you should start
working on and finally realize what you enjoy and you are interested in the most.
So change your mindset now and focus on yourself. Brutally and selfishly focus on
yourself!

It's only for your highest good, for the highest good of your family, your marriage,
your career, for everything you have or want in your in life. Please act according to
your heart and follow your intuition!

Task 1
Focus only on your luck and things that make you happy.
Right now, sit down, take a pen and paper and divide the paper into 2 columns. In
the first column immediatelly start writing stuff that makes you happy that you
enjoy, that gives you the feelings of love, contentment and peace and you enjoy
and of course the things that make you laugh.
You've got two minutes. So write now.

Then type in the second column all things which you dont like, that annoy you, all
the shit, all you hate or what makes you tired and sucks your blood, what makes
you bored, what bothers you, what takes you a good mood, what makes you to
fall asleep and what you dislike.

Okay, now you have two lists. One is a list of things that you enjoy and bring you
happiness and joy.
The second list is a list of things that you're not interested in and you would prefer
not doing at all.

I understand that almost nothing changes from day to day and somehow you have
to earn a living, and with some people you just need to go well. So start slowly.
Think now of this two lists.

Task 2
Circle right now, without much hesitation, three positive things that you want to
start doing right away, if possible, and then circle the 2 negative things you want
to get rid of the most.

3: 2 is because it is preferable to spend more time on positive things.

Task 3
Now write down these 5 things on a new sheet of paper, and below each first
write:

1) In the case of positive things - Why do you want this activity and what
would it bring you?

2) In case of negative things - What do you get when you get rid of this thing?
How would you feel without it? What is it stealing from you? How would
you live differently if you didnt have to do this?

3) For every positive thing write down at least five bullets: how can you start
doing it, how are you going to incorporate it into your program, time and
life so that you have space to devote to this activity.

4) Same with the negative ones, write down at least five bullets, explaining the
procedure, how are you going to get rid of these things gradually. What are
you going to do so that you wont have to do this thing? How are you going
to gradually discard this of your life? How and with what are you going to
replace it (eg. If this is your job, write down the exact process of what
youre going to do and with what kind of work are you going to replace the
income you have from your current job, etc.)?

5) Every morning go through your list and choose what you are going to focus
on that day. And do it every day until you are doing from morning to
evening only those activities that you enjoy and that bring you joy. Does it
sound like utopia? Ok, follow it all and well meet here 6 months later or in
one year. You will see that you will be a different person, you will live
another life which from 90 percent to 100 percent will consist only of
activities, people and things that make you happy and you enjoy.

Now lets get back to that positive thinking, which is the only thing that sets us
appart from our dreams and ideal life.

So if you want to master it all and improve your thinking, look at it slowly and
slowly learn how think only positively.

LESSON SIXTH: POSITIVE THINKING 2

In the last lesson, which focused on the first part of positive thinking, weve
learned why positive thinking is necessary and essential, and also what awaits us if
we dont devote our time and thoughts to what entertains us and makes us
happy.

You have drawn up two lists of things. On one you have things that you enjoy, and
on the other those you would prefer to not do or what dont bring you any great
pleasure.

In this lesson we will look in detail at the importance of positive thinking and learn
how to keep thinking positively and how to solve all your worries and problems,
without letting anyone or anything to take you your positive attitude.

Here we go!

Write down why, in your opinion, is it good to think positively?


What advantage does a man have when he takes everything and every
circumstance as a good one?
And are you also taking every thing that happens to you as a good thing? As a
blessing?
Why dont you take all the things and people positively?
What stops you?
What would happen and what would change in your life and behavior (especially
towards other people) if you couldnt take anything in a negative way or if you
couldnt fear anything? What would change if your only way was to be and think
positively?
What would be the difference?

It has already been said that just style of thinking and how we think it is the only
measure of a difference between rich and poor, between happy and sad, and
between healthy and ill.

And now we are going to learn to think only positively.

It will not be that simple. For some it will be an easier task than for others. But it

doesnt matter how long it takes you, the important thing is that you learned it.

This is about the result! It's not important how fast or by what procedure you
reach it. Maybe you arent satisfied with my methods. Find your own. But follow
them.

This is a shift in thinking that will have an incredible impact in your life and lead
you where you want to be.

But it's not quite that simple. We have a variety of patterns of thinking that we
have adopted from our parents, from our friends and families, our colleagues at
work and society environment in which we live.

Instructions

1) Dont be evil to yourself or upset that you are unable to change your mind
quickly.

2) But carefuly and patiently analyze every detail, every setback and every
contradictory and negative thought and ask yourself - what this idea can
bring positive to me? Does it serve me for something good? If so, analyze it
further.

3) If it isnt related to anything good, but rather its connected with feelings of
fear, anxiety of the unknown and the guilt that you embark on a journey
that no one approved you or that some would disagree with and condemn
it, then put it simply aside and substitute these thoughts for some positive
thoughts.

4) Replace it.

5) Accept it, dont try to evict it outside your head with force, but just think
about it and EMBRACE IT. If it doesnt serve you then replace it and think of
something positive and nice.

Positive thinking is the basis of everything. It works like a well dug foundations
when building a house.

It's like having a well-prepared plan before jumping into an action. You are going
to need the positive thinking at the beginning, during and at the end. Always. And
therefore it is necessary to create it, in case you dont have it yet.

Also when you are going outside and its raining there you automatically take a
rain coat and umbrella. You dont take just a shirt. And yet, for our own life we
very often forget to pack that "umbrella". And then we stand there and cry
outside when we are wet, whole soaked with those our and we cant see anything
through the trickles of water going into our eyes.

And so the next time we should take an umbrella in the form of positive thinking.
Positive thinking cant ensure us that in our lives there will be only sunny
tomorrow and never rain again. Unfortunately. Rain, thunderstorms and
hurricanes will probably still be here. The only difference is that the umbrella will
help us to see one step ahead. It will protect our personal space and will not let us
lose our mind and give it up.

So, if you want to learn to think positively, start now. It's simple. Give yourself a
goal for example, that this whole week you are going to think just and only
positively.

And what if any negative thought sneaks into your head? What if someone tells
you something and you pity? What if you are stressed or simply because of
something you have worries or what if you are just sad?

Capture your thoughts quickly and continuously analyze them. Accept every
negative thought and replace it with a positive thought.

1) You can turn that negative thought into a positive sense, or replace it just with a
nice idea.

2) Create in your imagination how this situation turns out positively and look
forward to it.

3) Completely redirect your mindset to another area that you enjoy and like to
think about.

As a guide it perhaps may seem too simple, but practice it and you will see that in
practice it's not quite that simple. It's not a difficult thing if we are talking only
about one single moment. But how many moments you experience throughout
the day? And in two days? And what about during the week?

That can cost a person some power to keep thinking positively and dont let
anyone or anything to take it. So train it. I support you! And especially dont forget
that no one who knows everything ever felt from the sky. Everyone needs to learn
these things.

You dont have to immediately brilliantly resist all your negative thoughts and
feelings, but focus on them. If you persevere, you will find that you have in fact
created a knack habit, and it is going to become easy for you.

And now we will discuss it together.
So first, the first question, do you think that you are right?
Did you write yes or no? Or you may have added a question, and in what way or
topic?

The answer is clear and always sounds the same - YES.

At everything. In all fields, in all views.


In all what you think and what you do, you're absolutely right.

Perhaps that your truth doesnt correspond with the truth of another person or
other people. It doesnt matter. That is natural. But that doesnt mean you arent
right.

Your reality is foremed by your truth.


And because you're right always and in all so you are responsible for how you live.

That may sound harsh, because we are accustomed to throw certain truths and
the responsibility on other people.

For example on politicians. A lot of people are doing that and then they are sitting
in the pub all afternoon and evening and are just complaining about how others
make wrong decisions.
And do you think they're right? Yes, of course they are right.

If they were cutting the grass and were saying that this is the best activity, which
at the moment they can do. Are they are right? Yes, they are right.

It is very important to get used to that you're right in everything. Parents, some of
our friends and institutions may try to explain us that we are not right or enforce
us their truths. Sure, listen to their views and their truths.
And thoroughly think over them. Those that you deem valuable and beneficial for
yourself and your life just accept as your truth and take advantage of them. And
forget the rest.

Realizing that I'm always right, is an essential step to happiness, positive


thinking and leading to independence.

Nothing happens without a reason and just basically I can interfere in all. But it
would be a different story. We're here focused on our truth.

If I am right about everything, then when I dont like any of my truths I can simply
change it and thus affect my reality or ultimate outcome of some of my activities.
And here we should pause.

Certain circumstances or people directly or indirectly force us to question our


truth.
If we want to realize our truth, for example, if we have a goal or a dream we must
believe in it and dont let others to sway us. Neither the people nor the
circumstances.

For this reason it was very important to carefully go through each lesson about
the positive thinking and really learn to think positively. The positive thinking is as
necessary for the realization of our truths as a gasoline for car. Without gasoline
car is not running. Without positive thinking you can forget your truth. If you
havent the positive thinking, the fear, worry or other peoples opinions are going
to win over your truth.

In this world everything is possible, and only we can decide how we are going to
live here.
How is your truth going to look like? Look to your goals you wrote down during
the first and second lesson. That is your truth. Your best idea about your own life.

I pray for you to achieve it, and therefore dont neglect mainly your positive
thinking.

Techniques
Now we will discuss techniques, how it all works:

1) I have a desire, a goal that I want to achieve.

2) If I only want something, I get the feeling of wanting. For some it is Universe
for others it is God but both operate on this principle. You get what you
want. Thought the answer to each thought is - YES, you're right.

If you want something, so you get what you are asking for - that feeling of
wanting and desire.

3) For you to get what you desire, you have to identify with your truth on 100
percent. And here we come to a stumbling block, which makes problems to
99.9 percent of people. And they get just very little of what they desire.
Because they actually dont believe. They have dreams and wishes, but they
dont believe they could meet them (that it could happen to them). And so
they get just that desire.

Unfortunately, I must warn you that even if you have a sincere desire and stick to
your truth, pursue your goals and be positive in all, even in the most difficult
moments, it will not be easy from the beginning.

You will see that what you want the most, what you are thinking and dreaming
about the most, that it is receding from you, gradually being destroyed by your or
other people faults, until it reaches the point of the so-called "non-
implementation".

This is the point when you look at the situation and judge it using a common sense
and you come to the conclusion that according to your experience, according to
any physical, chemical and universal laws, according to all what you know and
what everyone in this country applies according to all that it is a lost cause and
opportunity.

And not only that. Your biggest dream and goal isnt totally lost according to all
these parameters but it is unworkable. It is definitely depreciated. It is not
working.

And you have two options. Either you reconcile with the situation and give up or
you absorbed it and go deeply in yourself and take a lesson from what has
happened. Then you begin again to think positively about everything, despite all
quite obvious facts. Facts which are hitting into your eyes and screaming into your
ears that you are wrong and that all is lost.

This moment will come, and believe me, not once. There a lot of those will come.
The worst of course are the first of them because we havent developed yet
habits, how to resist them, and so it can be difficult for us.

As it is very easy to retreat. To abdicate. Start crying and cursing the whole world.
It's much easier to call your best friend or your parents and go to them to
complain about how the world is cruel, how you are trying, but everything
collapses, that everything is against you and nothing will go well.

And they, because they dont know other approach and dont know how to
properly advise you, they will do the best possible thing they can do. They will be
sorry for you and together with you they will condemn everyone and everything
that contributed to your downfall. They will confirm you in your truth that you are
the victim of the situation and that you dont deserve anything what happens to
you, because you've tried to do your best and the others destroyed it all.

Certainly, in such a situation we cant talk about God, because this is a pure hell.

I wish you could recognize that this is the moment of your greatest victory. The
moment all starts to fall apart, in the worst moment of the very bottom, in the last
moment when youve got the last hit before falling to you knees, I wish you would

realize that this is actually your greatest victory if you pick yourself up.

If only you realize that all of these events serve to your greatest growth. For you
to be better, stronger, and better than youve ever dreamed that you can be. For
you to become admired by yourself and by everyone else. Then other people will
be staring at you while saying: I wish I was such as he is.

So dont be afraid.
At these difficult moments people will consider you as a fool and they will
condemn and ridicule you for not giving up and still acting. But remember YOU
ARE RIGHT!

Take that of yours greatest defeats and terror and start to think positively. Analyse
the situation and immediately take lessons and conclusions what you are going to
change for the next time.

And you will either gain back what you have lost or you will gain it in other form
and plus you will gain a lot other things and achieve goals, which you didnt know
they existed and you werent even thinking about them.

It will bring you not two floors above, but 10 or 20 floors above. And yet it is not
going to be enough. And in addition to what youve gained back thanks to your
patience and positive thinking, except that youll get two more things that no one
can ever take you. And these are:
1) You will be much bigger, firmer, stronger and better person than youve
ever been.

2) You will know how to take care about all of this what you have now, how to
manage it all so that youll not lose it again. Plus you'll know how to
multiply it to have even more.

Is it worth it? I hope, yes. Surely it is far better than tears and feelings of misery
and frustration.

But, what if you dont cope with your crisis and are not able to think positively?
What then? Then unfortunately one negative finding is waiting for you. There will

be other crises. And when you will experience your next crisis, which sooner or
later will appear, you'll cry again and again you will not learn the lesson. And so it
goes round and round, until one day you say Stop! I'm thinking positively and if
the tractors start falling from heaven and everyone would be shouting at me, I do
not stop, I will be positive and I will go after my goals and dreams, whatever
happens.

It it worth the journey? Definitely yes. Is it going to be hard? Probably yes. Can I
make it? Hundred percent yes.

Why is it so clear that I can make it? Because realize and remember that YOU ARE
ALWAYS RIGHT. You know the truth.

And never forget one thing - it is quite helpful in difficult times weve already
learnt it but just to remind you. Remember and know that everything is
temporary!!!

Thus, this situation is only temporary too!!! And the fact that people ridicule you,
dont understand and criticize you, it's only temporary!

And most importantly it's just a question of time until you get to your destination
and you get all what you wanted and what you werent willing to abandon not
even in times of the greatest and most difficult moments.

Remember that you have nothing to lose. The death is still here. And in the eyes
of death only one thing has its meaning and that is the love for what you do.
Nothing else is important. So let's start and do it. You have nothing to lose! You
may just gain.

Doesnt it make sense? It makes sense and an enormous sense.

In conslusion
In conclusion there is one more important thing to stress. It's pretty substantial.
The thing is the highest importance dont have our goals and fulfilled wishes.
The most important is Who we are.

That is the most important thing. To clarify it Ill show you one practical example.

There is that so-called attachment and youve probably may have already heard
about that. Thats when we want something too much and we are attached to this
thing we are usually not going to get it. So, to avoid the next disappointment, lets
try to remember the following three things:
1) We can wish for and posses anything. "I have ... .." there you can put
anything and if you believe enough that you already have it, it becomes
your reality. If you are willing to stay positive even in the the negative
moments, youll get it.

2) But there is one condition: Never forget Who you are. It is important to
always keep in mind: I am the most important. I am more and bigger than
everything and everyone else.

3) This fact who I am and what I am and how I feel, stands for me at the first
place. Everything else, all things and all people are here and I get them just
for my happiness. It's something extra. And I can have everything I think of.
But my inner joy and my feeling and happines of being WHO I am, doesnt
depend on anyone of these people or things.

What does it mean? In practice, this means that even if you lose that thing or that
person or dont get it, nothing changes for you.

You want it but you can calmly exist and work without it. You'll still be who you
are, even without that thing or that person. Your "Who am I - I am," doesnt
depend on it.

If you realize that you arent dependent on the behavior or goodwill of any person
that you arent dependent on any of assets or things or titles.
Then you are going to have everything.
It's a paradox, but it's true.

Considering and knowing that my happiness depends on "Who I Am" and not on
what I have or with whom I am actually, will help you in every bad and crisis
situation.

Because you'll know that it is only a step and shift to help you to be even better

than you were before. To help you raise your "I AM" a notch higher.
And then you are going to get everything you desire.

The sad irony is that even when we realize it, when suddenly all beautifully clicks
and again we gain all, over time we tend to forget what weve learnt. We tend to
forget all our great progress and go back to our old habits. This is the problem,
because sooner or later we will lose everything again, and life forces us to repeat
the same lesson.

So, to finally get out of this vicious circle, we need to boost our own thinking a
little and on this we are goring to work in the next lesson.

LESSON EIGHT: LOVE

Very well, you know what the positive thinking is, how it serves us and most
importantly you know the situations where you need to apply it most.

Now we are going to look at our two basic emotions. And if you learn well to work
with them and use them well, you will never miss anything on your quest for
happiness and nothing will stop you.

Think about

Weve already built a list of Who we are in the first lesson. Than in the second and
third lesson we wrote down our personal visions and drew plans how we are going
to achieve them.

Now take again these materials and read them.

After you remind yourself of Who you are and what you want to be like, do you
feel that wonderful feeling and enthusiasm that you are already that great person
or soon will be? Now in this lesson we are going to add to this great feeling one
more cherry on the top of this super cake. And this cherry is the knowing and
good recognition of the 2 most important emotions - love and fear.

Explanation

In the world there are only two basic emotions and those are love and fear.

We always have a choice between these two emotions. It works the same as with
the positive thinking.

We already know that we have the opportunity to decide whether we are right or
we let the truth to our surroundings or someone else.

Yet with love and fear it is much, much more important. I dont know how to
emphasize it more. First Ill explain you the difference between our subconscious
and consciousness.

Subconscious and consciousness


Let me put it like this. In life you can have anything. Indeed, whatever you want.
And so it is. You always get what you want, because you pull it to yourself.

We have already explained that only wanting is not the best way of thinking. It's
because when I want something, I actually express and I admit that I do not have
it yet. And so I get a feeling of wanting.
Far more effective it is when I realize that I can have everything, and so I feel that I
have it all already and I'm grateful that everything went well and I got to my
destination.

But even here we come to one thing. And that is the difference between our
consciousness and our subconscious.

In our consciousness we could wish for a thing, yet subconsciously we dont want
this thing at all. And then we're trapped and we get into a misfortune. Why?

Now you can feel like that nothing of those things youve learnt here, none of this
actually works. And yet the opposite is true. You just need to understand the
whole story.
So here we go!

It often happens that we act contrary to our subconscious mind. And our
subconscious mind is simply programmed that it wants only our best, always and
under all circumstances. That's good to know.

Our consciousness contrary sometimes doesnt act in our best interest, sometimes
it becomes manipulated by others, sometimes it tends to believe some dogmas,
sometimes it is taken over by other ideas and gimmicks, and so we wish and want
something that is not really the best way just for us.

To solve this problem once and for all and finally build a bridge between those
two shores, we need to get to know what is that best solution for us, in other
words what our sobconscius mind really wants.

Dont worry, it's simple. Actually, we have already used this method a few times
before, you just didnt know that you were pulling information right from your
subconscious.

Far more effective than to only think about your own subconscious mind is to sit
down and write down everything (in hurry and without thinking). Writing relaxes

us and focuses our concentration and thinking only in one direction.

Task
So give yourself a time limit, for example 3 minutes and give yourself a task to
answer this question: What do I want to achieve in the next two months?
And immediately start typing, madly. Dont focus now on what you write, but just
write.
Then return to what you've written, go back and start thinking about it.

In this way your answers will be a direct response from your subconscious, those
are your purest desires and thoughts that arent influenced by the social dogmas
or wishes of your family.

This procedure can be used whenever you want to know the answers to your
questions or whenever you feel the discrepancy between your actual situation
and what you think you would like to be or have. This way, you'll learn what you
really want and then you can think about whether you are going in the right
direction.

Love and Fear


And now lets get back to our two emotions - love and fear.

We already know the difference is between our subconscious and consciousness


mind and also we know how to find out what our subconscious mind really wants
for us.

Oh yeah. But what if we have still some more wishes that we would like to include
in the plan, but in the same time we feel that our subconscious hasnt adopted
them yet, that it isnt associated with them?

So how to do it, to convince our subconscious and implement into it any nice idea
that we want to realize?
The guide is love, habits and belief.

Well talk about faith in the next lesson, now Ill mention only a few things. And
then we are going to look at our habits.

Habits are important and help us realize a lot of things. Actually, if you have good
habits and regimen, you can actually accomplish anything. For example, look at
top athletes. What they do? They have a perfectly planned schedule, diet, training
schedule etc. Everything is carefully followed and constantly improved and then
they win.

Everyone can make it. Anyone can set up and build habits and mode that will lead
him to success. And it isnt very difficult.
Love yourself and love your habits and soon theyll become your golden rod, on
which you can safely rely on the way to your treasure.

Now we know how our conscious and subconscious minds function, and that if I
want something, it's good to incorporate it into my habits, identify with it and
believe that it will turn out well.

These are very positive things. Every positive thing, idea and feeling is rooted in
the primal emotion and thats love. Beneath the love are hidden - kindness, joy,
happiness, love, mercy, good behavior, beauty etc.

The opposite of love is fear. Under the fear lurks - envy, backbiting, adultery,
nervousness, anxiety, fatigue, stress and other negative emotions.

Every thought and every feeling we have, stems from either of these two
emotions. Either its rooted in love, or in fear.

Love gives us freedom, helps us to create and be creative. Love opens and unlocks
our generosity and joy and hope and faith. Love can heal.
Fear on the contrary closes everything, warns us, is oppressive, scare, and often it
is a root of our illnesses.

Both these feelings serve us depending on the situation, but it is more useful for
us to choose love. If we choose to take care of ourselves and of others with love.
With love to receive your circumstances. With love to take our victories and
defeats. With love to watch the world around you and with love to try to change it
for the better. Embrace the frear with love. Forgive injustice using love and
helplessness with love.

Anyone can learn to behave this way. It leads to health and well-being. But as with
positive thinking, which, incidentally, also stems from the love, and we must learn
how to use love.
How?

Simply. We can gradually remove from our life everything that frightens us and
evokes feelings of fear. E.g. I can stop to watch the evening news if the words
create the feelings of fear and uncertaininty. I can stop worrying and rather start
taking my situation as an opportunity to do things differently and realize
something new. I can stop to see enemies in other people but rather I will see
them with love and take them as my assistants who help me to become better
person. I can stop to take criticism as a negative thing, but rather I will take it
positively as a challenge. I can stop to take bad weather as problem but rather I
will take it as a blessing.

If I know, and I am firmly convinced that all is well and everything is happening for
good, then I have nothing to worry about.

If I know the fairy tale has a happy ending because every fairy tale has a happy
ending. I can be quiet becuase my life is nothing more than a fairy tale. And how
can all my fights end up? How will I look at my biggest losses after 5 or 10 years?
Wont I praise them as my greatest victories? I will take them as moments, thanks
to which I can be proud of myself. I will share my wisdom and pass my experience
on to my children and grandchildren. Yes, Ill do. Therefore love everything that is
happening to you. Every circumstance, even every man and thing. Meanwhile
work and create what you really want to have. Think about your dreams and how
to implement them, and never lose perspective and positive thinking.

Be sure you are far greater than all these circumstances and details that happen
and none of these has more value than you. You're right. And now it's up to you
what truth are you going to create. What truth are you going to give to every
moment? Are you going to accept each moment with fear or love? Under all
circumstances and in any case you are right. Remember it always and take care
about your truth.

LESSON NINE: FAITH AND HABITS

Ok, there isnt much left. Actually, slowly we are approaching the end.
You can be proud of yourselves. You already know a lot. You know a lot more than
whole generations managed to learn.

Most people or at least a lot of people have never come to realize these things
and connections. Certainly all people have come across these things but
unfortunately they didnt understand them. Or, and this is worse, social dogmas
and beliefs of other people ultimately forced them to leave their thoughts and join
the thinking of the crowd. And so they decided to follow the incorrect thinking
that counts with fear and thinks and acts based on fear.

By taking this decision, however, theyve decided that they will not realize their
greatest dreams and their potential and that they prefer to put up with average or
lack of something.

You're here today because you've decided for the contrary. Youve decided that
you will not put up with the average or with the lack of something. Conversely you
know that you dont have to put up with anything like that. Its only about
fulfilling of your dreams and desires and you already have all the necessary tools
that you need and additionaly you also know how to rationally use them.

One of the tools that helps us on our way is faith.

I am not talking just about that faith that religious people have, even if it is still
one and the same faith. I speak about faith every peron needs if he ever makes a
decision. And this kind of faith I am going to help you to rediscover again.

Think about

When was the last time you believed in something?


How did it end up?
What did you believe in when you were little?
Was it easier to believe in childhood than in adulthood?
Why did you stop trusting people or in your dreams?
What bad experiences do you have?
When did you fail even if you believed it was a right hit?

Explanation

Faith is something that isnt inherited. Faith is something that is created. And if it
is our product, the product of our conscious and subconscious, then everyone can
create it. So even you!

But how to you build faith and what is actually good at faith?
I will explain it now.

Do you believe that tomorrow morning you are going to wake up?
Do you believe that your children are really yours?
Do you believe that you have two hands and two legs?
Yes, and thats faith. The belief that something is totally automatic. It's such a
deep conviction about reality that we take it to be true. In fact we arent talking
about faith, we take these things as facts.

And because we are so much convinced that these things are true and exist.
Because we have no doubts we have them.

And how about your dreams? What about that what your heart desires?
How much do you believe that you can realize all of that?
How much do you believe that all this can take place?
How much do you rely on your visions and dreams?
Do you believe that your wishes are absolute?

And now here is a huge difference between what we believe in automatically and
what we would like to believe in, but in reality we dont believe in it.

There are a lot of things that we wish so much for and yet we dont believe we can
have them almost at all. We tend to say ourselves why just I, can I be so lucky?
Vice versa. We have a head and a heart full of doubts and worries about that,
what if it accidentallyturnes out differently? Differently than we dreamed about.
What if it goes wrong?

Do you remember the chapters about positive thinking and about love?
Well, remember that nothing can go wrong. That's crap. Forget it!

Everything always goes well. A good result is secured beforehand, remember that
always!

So why dont you believe that your dreams and wishes are as absolutely feasible,
as what you already have and what you have achieved? Like the fact that you have
two hands.

After all, the only and the last thing that sets you appart from your dreams is the
time scale. And yet, time should not be taken as an obstacle, but just the opposite.
The time is a gift that allows us to experience all. And the best part is when you
decide to spend your time to the fullest.

Indeed, if time didnt exist, we would have all what we want right now. Here and
now. We couldnt enjoy anything. Everything would be static and thats what we
dont want. We want the dynamics of experience and enthusiasm. So why to
worry because of time?

Think about how would you lived and what would you experienced, if you would
perceive each of your desires with the absolute belief knowing that youve already
accomplished that?

What would change in your lifestyle and work?


What would change in your way of thinking?
Wouldnt you think still in a positive way?
What would change in what you are doing now? What would you do differently?

Would you be afraid of anymore?

Wouldnt you immediately start to create and work on your most beautiful reality,
if someone told you that you can not be mistaken?
If someone told you that you can not make mistakes and not get lost? What if
someone told you, you always achieve everything what you want?

That would be something great. And it is so! Just we may experience it differently.

So, faith is needed and a lot. But do not let your faith to "be eaten" and burned
out. When something goes wrong, it doesnt matter. We're not perfect. Its
enough we try it. Similarly, the most beautiful circumstances, experiences and
victories come at a time when we are not trying or not pushing anything. In the
moments when we simply and just "we are" and thats what always matters the
most. To be who you are. Be the best person who you can imagine to be and what
you want to be. Do what you feel is the best thing you can do in this day and do
not expect results. Everything else will follow.

When in fact you decide who you are and you are that person right now, you cant
remain without automatically having everything you want, because all that goes
with it. It all follows that who you are. When you decide that you are going to do
the work you automatically pull to yourself all the circumstances and resources
that you need for doing that work. Just be and let the rest run. It's not about
results, its about to live and joy from experiencing it all.

Remember at the beginning somewhere in the second chapter we were talking


about an old photograph. If you look at an old photo you are not going to recall
the people or things, but on the feelings you had at that time. And the highest and
the best feeling you should experience as often as possible is a sense of joy from
living. And that will come if you are who you are. So its about the experiencing
and not results. It is the journey not the destination what matters. Because you
are always going to get where you go. The main thing is to enjoy the journey. So
lets go it! And be sure that everything goes well.

Hand in hand with faith go good habits. Indeed faith can be developed over time
and its good to work on your faith every day to make it grow. And how to do it?
So that you install it into your daily rituals, your habits. It is important to develop

good habits and leave those habits to serve you and your wishes and dreams.

Make a list of your habits (see Annex). To automaticcaly start live and act
according to your new good habits you need first to incorporate your new habits
into your subconscious.

This is done simply. Read your list of new habits every day, every morning or every
evening or several times a day. Whenever you remember. In this way you slowly
and non-violently incorporate these new habits into your life and sooner than you
realize you will be acting and thinking naturally according to these great habits
that serve you. These new and functional habits will successfuly lead you to your
goals, targets and dreams. And suddenly your entire journey will be easier and
you'll find it more enjoyable.

Dear all
Who do you love? What do you love? And are you able and willing to die for what
you love?
These are pretty tough questions, isnt it?

If you actually find something, the truth you are willing to die for, then you've just
crossed all barriers. You'll never miss positive thinking, because you are deeply
convinced about what you want and its necessity. You'll never miss faith, because
you know that what we are just speaking about today is for you totally clear and
automatic. To you it is only a matter of time till you find the right tools and people
who will help you to realize your best idea.

Youll never miss love, because you're always doing what you love. Youll never be
alone, because you constantly inspire the people around you and give them
treasures from your heart for free.

You know your I because your I is your highest truth. And you are so deeply
convinced about your truth that you are living it. Without this supreme truth, you
wouldnt live. And so no one can disrupt or hack your self-esteem and self-
confidence, because your truth is in your heart firmly anchored.

You have a vision brighter than the face of the Sun, as you clearly see the world
concretely how it will be and how it will look like after you realize all your dreams.
This is your vision. And the longer you work, the brighter it is.

And can you not follow your vision? Yes, but than your life story and your path
would lose its meaning. And yet even this is a wrong answer. You can not abandon
your vision and the truth. As both of them are firmly inhabited in your
subconscious and your subconscious is constantly working on how to get you a bit
closer to realization of your dreams.

Whether you cooperate or not. The subconscious mind doesnt ask. It knows your
vision and works on it with you, whether you realize it or not.
Yet even this is not a quite correct answer.

The subconscious constantly moves you closer to your vision and dreams, and
although we often think that we are experiencing difficulties and terrible
moments, none of this is for our failure. Exactly the opposite. Everything is for our
good. Its just about to learn to see it as good. To see the good everywhere and in
everything. Then again, you can find your truth and you can continue the creation
of your I.

And on this journey, I wish you as much success as you are able absorb with your
sensces. As much joy and happiness as fits into your heart without breaking it. And
so much love that even all people in the world could not put together.

You are going to experience so many things if you follow your heart and intuition.
So many and even more than I can imagine, and even you dont know it yet, but
your subconscious mind prepares you for it throughout your life.

So go ahead and start to finally live that life and enjoy it to the fullest. And dont
be humble to yourself. And never be stingy with yourself. And give everyone you
meet because you already have everything.
