agreement on or before April 15, 2016.

This agreement entered into by and between THE JUNCTION TAGAYTAY, with address at
Mahogany Ave. Tagaytay Heights Subd. Brgy, Kaybagal South, Tagaytay City represented by
Atty. Rowel S. Barba, General Manager Hereinafter referred to as HOTEL

WITNESSETH

WHEREAS, the CLIENT booked for guaranteed of Eighteen (18) rooms on April 24-27, 2016
WHEREAS, the HOTEL has the capability to provide room accommodation and meals on the above-
mentioned dates at reasonable cost;
NOW, THEREFORE, the PARTIES both hereunto have agreed, as they hereby agree in consideration
herein stipulated as follows

Private Heaven (1 Double) Php4,000 nett x 2 rooms x 3 nights = Php 24,000.00 nett
Private Heaven (1 Queen) Php4,600 nett x 2 rooms x 3 nights = Php 27,600.00 nett
Private Heaven (1 King) Php5,300 nett x 1 room x 3 nights = Php 15,900.00 nett
Suite Connections (1 Double) Php4,600 nett x 8 rooms x 3 nights = Php 110,400.00 nett
Family Bliss (2 Double) Php6,000 nett x 2 rooms x 2 nights = Php 24,000.00 nett
Family Bliss (3 Double) Php8,000 nett x 1 room x 2 nights = Php 16,000.00 nett
Family Bliss (2 Queen) Php8,000 nett x 1 room x 3 nights = Php 24,000.00 nett
Family Bliss (2 King) Php8,000 nett x 1 room x 3 nights = Php 24,000.00 nett
3. That the total amount payable to the Hotel may increase because of incidental and other
authorized charges. That any other incidental expenses incurred by the guest should be on
PERSONAL ACCOUNT and must be settled upon check-out.
4. CHECK-IN/OUT TIME:
The HOTELSs standard check-in time starts at 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Check-out time is at
12:00 noon.
a) Request for early check-in depends on the availability of the rooms. If rooms are available upon
guests arrival, early check-in will be allowed. But if not, a room will be allocated for all the
luggage.
b) Request for late check-out depends on the availability of the rooms.
5. OFFICIAL SIGNATORY:
That Ms Maria Agnes Ramos is the person authorized to sign all room and F&B charges in behalf of
the group.
6. REVISION/AMENDMENT
a. Additional room accommodation required by the CLIENT may be allowed by the HOTEL
but subject to space availability.
b. Additional meals required by the CLIENT may be allowed by the HOTEL provided that
notification shall be advised at least seventy-two (72) hours prior the arrival date.
c. Reduction on the guaranteed number of rooms will be charged based on the HOTELs
cancellation policy.
7. CANCELLATION POLICY
a. Ten (10) days notice before the arrival date, the CLIENT shall be charged Thirty (30%)
percent of the total guaranteed package.
b. Seven (7) days notice before the arrival date, the CLIENT shall be charged Fifty (50%)
percent of the total guaranteed package.
c. Five (5) days notice before the arrival date, the CLIENT shall be charged in FULL
AMOUNT of the total guaranteed package.
8. PAYMENT
a. The Client shall pay 50% down payment upon confirmation amounting to
Php 121,507.50 thru bank transfer.
b. Remaining balance and all other incidental charges will be settled upon check out or
upon arrival.

effect as if originally made a part of this Agreement.
12. Any disturbance or discontinuance of this agreement due to causes beyond the control of the
HOTEL shall confer no right or cause of actions against the HOTEL, nor shall the terms and
conditions of such agreement be deemed effective and/or continued thereby.
13. FORCE MAJEURE Neither party shall be liable for failure to comply with its obligation under
this agreement due to force majeure including, but not limited to: labor disputes, natural
disaster or other causes beyond the control of both or either party. In the event of a force
majeure, the HOTEL shall allow the client to re-book the event within 60 calendar days, subject
to space availability. In the event client fails to reschedule within the allowable time, deposit
shall be forfeited in favour of the vendor.
14. The HOTEL will not be liable for any losses incurred within the public area.
15. Any unreturned room key is chargeable at Php 300 each.
