Memorandum of Agreement (MOA)

This Memorandum of Agreement is a document that describes how the two will work
together to accomplish an agreed-upon goal or objective. The purpose of this MOA is to set forth a
clear understanding of the parameters of the project and the responsibilities of each of the
participating parties.

This historic MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT between Hewa Media Productions

represented by its General Manager Miss. Philile Masuku representing all of the company members and
its mine aims recognizes the importance of establishing a working relationship that fosters mutual
understanding, shared responsibilities and a commitment to working together for the establishment
improvement and growth of Hewa TV .
This agreement recognizes the importance of developing curricula that relates the history,
culture and government Acts set for the Creative Art and Media Industry.

On Duty Entertainment will also recognizes the improvements are needed in the Creative Art and Media
Industry education throw Mass Media for all youth to strengthen their academic, achievement and
enhance life opportunities, and that the education of South African children can be advanced by
providing curricula that includes Tribal experiences and perspectives in Mass Media and Creative Arts .
I. INTENT
THIS AGREEMENT is hereby made and entered into by the Hewa Media Productions hereinafter referred
to as Hewa Media Productions, and the
On Duty Entertainment, hereinafter referred to as On Duty Entertainment, who will
collaborate to establish Hewa TV
with the outcome (LIFA) that see to the footprint of curricula on Tribal history, culture and government
Acts in the Mass Media throw the aims and Objective of Hewa TV [ Reg K2015 425 526 PTY LTD]

II. SCOPE OF AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT is intended to establish Hewa TV that will see to the mandate of (LIFA) under Hewa
Media Productions [ Reg K2015 425 526 PTY LTD].
III. DATE AND TERM
THIS AGREEMENT will become effective upon signing by all parties and will
commence at the start of the 2017 year. The Agreement shall be reviewed
annually by the parties to determine its continuation and/or need for modification.
PARTIES MUTUAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Work cooperatively to ensure appropriate, efficient communication in support of the

objectives of this agreement.

Ensure consistent attendance by Hewa Media Productions [Reg:K2015425 526PTY LTD] On Duty
Entertainment .representatives at all meetings and
functions related to accomplishing the objectives of this agreement.

Regularly share information about Hewa TV successes and barriers to success with the
intent to improve programs and ensure high completion and persevering of the Station by On Duty
Entertainment and Hewa Media Productions [ Reg K2015 425 526 PTY LTD].served by
these programs.

Schedule annually a joint meeting of the Board of Directors of the two herein companys
to confer on the academic progress of (LIFA) to students and review the status of programs
related to the out came of (LIFA) in Hewa TV program.

Work jointly to create a program of classroom and community cultural exchanges and
celebrations
MASS MEDIA SCHOOL DISTRICTS RESPONSIBILITIES WORLD WIND

Convene an Instructional Review Committee (IRC) for the purpose of recommending

curricula that incorporates Tribal history, culture and government, Creative Art and Media for use in the
South African schools..

Ensure the IRC considers curricula that incorporates information specifically related to
the history, culture and government of the Tribe throw Creative Art and Media.

Provide use of facilities and staff support necessary for the implementation of curricula
on Tribal history, culture and government, Creative Art and Media Industry .

Explore potential sources of funding or other resources for development and

implementation of Hewa Media Productions [ Reg K2015 425 526 PTY LTD] looking to the Foot print of
Hewa TV with Studio Joburg.

Use due diligence in reviewing the recommendations of the IRC and identifying the
appropriate curricula Identify the appropriate curricula and establish, in consultation with the Tribe, an
implementation strategy.

Provide staff training and instructional materials related to the identified curricula throw Brown
Panther Incubators mandate of Creating a pipeline of industry talent by their training in film and
Creative Arts for the South Africa youth .

Regularly monitor progress on implementation of the identified curricula.

Provide information to parents, students and the community regarding the

implementation of Hewa TV.

Identify appropriate representatives of the Hewa TV to serve on the Instructional Review

Committee convened by TOP CREW to recommend curricula on Tribal history, culture ,government act in
mass media and creative art industry of South Africa.
 Provide information regarding the Tribes culture, history and government act in mass media and
creative art industry of South Africa that may be useful in enhancing the aims of Hewa Media
Productions and On Duty Entertainment,

Facilitate participation by Tribal elders in sharing perspectives and history that may be
useful in enhancing the Film Industry of South Africa.

Assist in identifying and accessing potential sources of funding or other resources to

support the development and implementation of (LIFA).

Encourage community and family supports that will assist students of Hewa Media Productions and On
Duty Entertainment, in benefitting from
the (LIFA).
Assist in promoting (LIFA) awareness of and support for the (LIFA) project.

Encourage Tribal participation in cultural exchanges organized under this agreement.
