becoming a free agent. Players will go into waivers once the draft
is completed, once a players game has started each week, and
immediately after a player is dropped.
2. Players will be on waivers for a one day period. During this one
day period, all teams may put in a claim to add a player.
3. Priority order resets each week to inverse order of standings.
4. No acquisition limit.
5. Observe ESPNs undroppable players list.
ii. Trades
1. Deadline 11/22, 11:00 am
2. When a team is eliminated from playoff contention, they are no
longer allowed to make trades. This is done to prevent attempts
to give up for a better draft pick next season and to avoid
collusion and stacking of teams.
3. When a trade is accepted, all teams have a two day period to vote
against the trade. A minimum of five votes is required to veto the
trade. Voting against a trade is only allowed if you believe that the
trade is unfair. Unfair in this case refers only to a suspicion of
collusion or any form of cheating or stacking a team. You must be
able to justify your decision.
4. If there are ever any disputes, the owner that feels they have
been wronged will inform the league officers. The three league
officers will hear both sides of the situation and all cast votes to
determine which owner wins the dispute. Majority rules.

(starting injured players or players with a bye week) the
owner will become banned from the league.

team, any owners involved will be banned.

attempting to improve team, they will be banned.
