Mr. Venket Rao, Founder & Chief Executive of Intygrat Business Advisory (P)
Ltd has over two decades of rich experience in the areas of management,
finance, regulatory compliances, secretarial & legal. Over the years, Mr. Rao
occupied senior management positions in industry, spent over a decade in
Real Estate Industry and is widely popular in real estate circles.

Over the years, he was associated with diverse industry, finally settling down
in Real Estate Industry. In his last assignment, as Vice President & Company
Secretary with Omaxe Ltd, one of the largest real estate developers in India,
he was in charge of Regulatory Affairs, ,Compliances., Corporate Legal, Real
Estate Deal Structuring & Overseas real investments, etc . Being the head of
compliances, legal & being part of finance teams, over the years he has vast
experience in compliances in company law, securities law & fund raising with
strong liaison skills. He been part of fund raising of 3 Initial Public Offerings,
Rights offerings, various private placements, mergers, various other deal
structuring and fund raising activities. Over the years he has been Director on
various companies and has been part of Board room strategy for listed
entities. He is widely travelled domestically & overseas such as to UAE,
Singapore, Mauritius & other countries on various assignments.

Mr.Rao with his astute leadership quality and knowledge of real estate
industrys uniqueness could establish regulatory systems & processes. Not
only as in charge of FDI Project, Mr.Rao, successfully worked on land
acquisition, project divestments and deal structuring. Because of his diverse
knowledge of real estate laws, regulatory compliances, finance, legal,
management & business acumen, he is widely accepted among industry
experts for seeking a holistic view.
After spending over a decade with Omaxe, Mr. Rao, ventured on his own and
now runs a Knowledge Process Outsourcing and Business Advisory
Company with focused approach on Company Law, Securities Law, Real
Estate and RERA expert advisory. He has extensively worked on RERA and
its finer aspects., voicing his views at various internal and external forums.
Apart from being associated as advisor on corporate affairs including
corporate & securities laws & deal structuring., Mr. Rao is probably, one of
the few experts, working extensively on RERA and its implementation. Due
to his holistic approach, expertise & confidentiality he is RERA Expert &
Corporate Advisor to many real estate & other companies. He is consultant to
NAREDCO, Haryana for RERA.

His passion for regulatory reforms in real estate industry has driven him to
closely follow PHD Chambers & NAREDCO. He has served as Member of
the Managing Committee of PHD Chamber of Commerce & Industry and was
on various committees of Real Estate of PHD Chambers. He was also
Director on Delhi Stock Exchange and was member of its various
committees. He has been on speaker on many events & various panel
discussions on Real Estate & Capital Markets. He has contributed various
articles on RERA and has recently been on delegation on aspects of
affordable housing with NAREDCO to Thailand & Vietnam. He is currently
member of Capital Markets Committee of PHD Chambers. He has been part
of various RERA awareness programs held by NAREDCO, PHD Chambers.
He embarked on RERA Awareness program with NAREDCO
encouraging/helping/advising real estate developers from Haryana for
registration with HRERA.

He is widely sought by various TV Channels such as CNBC Awaaz, Zee

Business etc India Today Group and many other popular regional news
channels. His Articles /Blogs have been published at various sites and
especially on RERA in Real Estate specific magazines such as Realty& More,
Chroma Homes etc. He is frequently quoted in News Papers such as
Times of India, Hindustan Times , Tribune , Mail Today etc for his expert
views on RERA and other corporate matters.

He is a Graduate in Arts (English Hons) from Madras University, Chennai,

Associate Company Secretary from ICSI, New Delhi and holds Post Graduate
Diploma in International Business from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade
(IIFT), New Delhi and Licentiate of Insurance from Insurance Institute of
India, Pune.
