A Mid-rise, Mixed use typology building proposed as part of the
Bahrain Financial Harbour (BFH), Masterplan Development, the
project spreads across either sides of the bay with a total site area
of Eight thousand square meter. Strictly abiding by te masterplan
norms and the Zonal regulations the design was really pragmatic at
the same time Eye catching. The sea view promenade on the podium
level intends to be the focus of attraction which would drive in public
to the building. Various options for the apartment floor above and
the financial feasibility for each has been studied in detail before
arriving at the final design.
