Throughout my field experience, I would like to develop leadership skills in collaborating with staff, parents and students. This can
be measured by my role in implementing methods or strategies that bring about successful change. I can achieve this goal by

with studentsspecifically if goals are being consistently met on a monthly basis. In order to develop group counseling skills, I will
SMART need to practice skills by being involved with group counseling at least once a week and have the opportunity to implement skills.
