I Earth Work
Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means

as directed.

Filling earth available excavated (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc.

locations of required size of approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20mm thick base
1 cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with joints treated with white cement,
mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and
polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.

Extra for providing edge moulding to 18mm thick marble stone counters, Vanities
2 etc. including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete as per
design approved by Engineer-in- Charge.

IX TILE FLOORING/ SKIRTING


1 Local (vernacular) stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed
with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing
and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) :

25 mm thick. sqm
2 local stone slabs 25 mm thick in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillars laid on 12 mm sqm
(average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement 3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement
slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing and polishing
complete.

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the
manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours,
3 shades, laid on 20mm thick bed of Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand) including Sqm
pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles 600x600 mm (thickness to be specified by the
manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours,
shades, laid on 20mm thick bed of Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand) including Sqm
pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

X PLASTERING
1 6 mm cement plaster of mix :
1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) sqm

2 15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :

3 18 mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:5 (1 sqm

XII INTERNAL WALLS

horizontal member at the floor & soffit and . The partitions to have horizontal nogging channels
at every 600mm c/c. complete as per detail dwg. & manufacturers specification.
Contractor to make provision for fixing all electrical, networking boxes formed out of 12mm thick
ply boxing screwed onto partition framework at required heights/levels as directed.

XIII CEILING
Providing and fixing trap doors for access to the areas above false ceiling. The trap door shall
have an external frame made of 50mm x 50 mm. Shutter shall be made of 19mm thk

commercial board and finished with 1.0mm thick laminate externally and enamel paint internally.
