program is to equip participants with current M&R practices. The Certied Maintenance and Reliability Profes-
sional (CMRP) Exams is proctored on the last day.
EXPERT PROFILE

ELIAS ACQUAH

Mr. Elias Acquah is currently the President and Principal Consultant at Assured Reliabili-
ty Technologies, an Asset Management and Reliability Engineering consulting and
training rm. He is a Certied Maintenance Reliability Professional (CMRP) proctor and
Certied Six Sigma Black Belt. He specializes in Physical Asset Management, Reliability
Engineering and Operational Performance Management.

Mr. Acquah has over 14 years experience in Asset Management, Maintenance &
Reliability and Process Improvement. He has trained coached and lead Maintenance
Reliability improvement efforts for the Extractive and Manufacturing majors in U.S.A,
Africa and Middle East. He is currently a consultant for Shell Petroleum Development
Corporation (SPDC), providing Reliability Engineering and Asset Management advisory,
training and coaching services. Mr. Acquah worked with ConAgra Foods-U.S.A as Perfor-
mance Systems Manager, where he led strategies for the implementation of the Congra
Performance System an asset performance and operational improvement initiative. He
also worked for Key Energy Services, largest onshore drilling company in North America
as Process Reliability Engineer. While there, he implemented Total Process Reliability
improvement Initiative that resulted in rig reliability improvement by 35% in one year.

In addition to leading several Six Sigma black belt projects at TBR Strategies-U.S.A, Mr.
Acquah acted as Sr. Maintenance Reliability Consultant, where he led the development,
training and implementation of Total Production Maintenance (TPM), Criticality Analysis,
Life Cycle Management, RAM modeling and analysis, Reliability Growth, Reliability
Centered Maintetenance (RCM), Planned Maintenance Optimization (PMO), Reliability,
Availability and Maintainability (RAM) modeling and analysis, Failure Mode and Effect
Analysis (FMEA) Planning and Scheduling, Preventive and Predictive Maintenance
programs, Lubrication Excellence, Spare Optimization among others for several global
clients and life extension initiatives for several clients.

Mr. Acquah continued his consulting career with Technology Transfer Services (TTS)U.S.A,
as a Process and Equipment Reliability lead consultant and later as the Director for Africa
and Middle East Operations-O&M division. Mr. Acquah holds BSC Chemical Engineering
and Master in Business Administration.

PLEASE NOTE: Payment must be received prior to the course date. A receipt will be issued on payment. Due to limited training space, we advise early registration to avoid disappointment. A 50%
cancellation fee will be charged under the terms outlined below. We reserve the right to refuse admission if payment is not received on time.
Cancellation/Substitution: Provided the total fee has been paid, substitutions at no extra cost. Cancellations must be received in writing by mail six (6) weeks before the training is to be held in
order to obtain a full credit for any future Fexton Ventures training courses. Thereafter, the full training fee is payable and is nonrefundable. The service charge is completely non-refundable and
non-creditable. Payment terms are five days and payment must be made prior to the start of the training course. Nonpayment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. By signing this
contract, the client agrees that in case of dispute or cancellation of this contract that Fexton Ventures will not be able to mitigate its losses for any less than 50% of the total contract value. If, for
any reason, Fexton Ventures decides to cancel or postpone this training course, Fexton Ventures is not responsible for covering airfare, hotel, or other travel costs incurred by clients. The
conference fee will not be refunded, but can be credited to a future course. Event program content is subject to change without notice.

permanently cancels the event for any reason whatsoever and provided that the event is not postponed to a later date nor is merged with another event, the Client shall receive a credit note for the
amount that the Client has paid to such permanently cancelled event, valid for up to 1 year to be used at another Fexton Ventures event. No refunds, part refunds or alternative offers shall be
made.
Governing law: This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the law of India and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. However, Fexton
Ventures only is entitled to waive this right and submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in which the Clients office is located.
Client hereby acknowledges that he/she specifically authorizes that Fexton Ventures charge the credit card listed above for the amount provided herein; that this Contract is valid, binding and
enforceable; and that he/she has no basis to claim that any payments required under this Contract at any time are improper, disputed or unauthorized in any way. Client acknowledges that they
have read and understood all terms of this contract, including, without limitation, the provisions relating to cancellation.
