1. What have been the most positive/encouraging activities for the month?
One thing that I noticed immediately when joining BUJPIA was our emphasis on cultivating
positivity. If you take a quick look at our culture deck, you can see the high priority we place on
this. Since I joined the team, positive thinking is something Ive focused on a lot, and its been fun
to see how spending time with positive thinkers rubs off on me. At the moment, some of us are
experimenting with sharing one great moment we had at the end of each day. Ive found that
making this a habit has encouraged me to look out for positive moments during the day, since I
know Ill need to share one later on. Its also been a great way to increase my feelings of
gratitudeoften for everyday things, like a great coffee to start the day or encouragement from
a friend.
2. Had there been any challenges, difficulties or major problems you encountered during this
reporting period? (Please give the details and also please make sure to provide any
recommendation or possible solutions).

Nothing much.

3. Any personal stories and learnings you want to share? Please send the raw pictures

God said I made a man. This poem talks about the creation of man, of man
philosopher (Genius), to be exact. When God created man, man was nothing
but clay. But with man's own efforts he developed himself into our civilized state.
Then, in the second stanza, god seems to be surprised at the human behavior of
questioning the existence of God, in what seems to be controversial language
and manner (the bow). Then god questions man about the reason of what god
thinks is slaying him. Man clarifies his intention, by explaining that he desires
nothing but to discover the concept of God, out of curiosity. At the end, the
poet seems to approve of the necessity of thinking, and that reason is the way to
reach God. This approval can be seen through the usage of 'Genius'.

Im looking forward with my involvement in this years National Mid-Year Convention this
coming October 2017.
