Food with our Head Office is located in Jakarta Barat and two of our factories are located in
Citeureup, Bogor.

Acefood was first founded under the name PT. Sentral Multirasa Utama in 1986 with the
commitment to fulfill the global snack food needs. The first manufacturing plant was built in
Bogor area, Indonesia. The company began to develop cassava and potato based snack foods. In
fact, we are the First snack foods company that innovates and manufactures Crinkle Cut Cassava
Chips in Indonesia. Local market response was remarkable because of the good quality and taste
of the products. We are well known by consumer with the following brands: Chuba, Mr.
Hottest and Tes. The company then developed other innovative products based on corn
ingredient such as corn extruded snacks which obtained good response from the market and soon
became the market leader.

Melakukan Perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengawasan dan penilaian terhadap
Pelaksanaan Sanitasi, Pengolahan Limbah dan Pelaksanaan Pest Control.

Job Requirement
Requirement:

1. Pendidikan minimal D3 Teknik/ Manajemen Lingkungan

2. Usia maksimal 30 Tahun
3. Memahami sistem, metode, dan prosedur pengolahan limbah.
 4. Memahami teknik pelaksanaan Pest Manajemen, Aplikasi Pestisida, dan
teknik sanitasi
5. Memahami GMP & HACCP, ISO 22000, ISO 14000 ( Lingkungan )
6. Analistis, Kreatif, dan memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan
7. Bersedia ditempatkan di Citeureup Bogor
8. Pemahaman tentang Hama Industri ( Sifat dan penanganan Hama )

Product Manager
As Product Manager, you must be a dynamic highly motivated professional with
the ability to work with and motivate cross-functional teams. Report directly to
the Marketing Director, You will be responsible for ensuring product development,
from concept until launched initiatives into the market with scalable simplicity
resulting in brand recognition.

The Product Manager works closely with Sales, Marketing, and research &
Development Team to be a leader in Product Management team to ensure each
launch is carefully planned and well organized for success.

Job Requirement
Minimum S1 Degree from reputable University
Minimum 5 years working experience in snack/ beverages industry as
Product Manager
Demonstrable understanding of food/snack manufacturing processes
Having previous working experience on executing product from blueprint
to its launching
Excelent verbal & written communication
Self motivated, initiative, maintain high level energy on the team
Having good understanding in marketing & branding activity
Persuasive and productive communicator, having ability to lead and
organize project in cross-function teams and capable to work well with all
levels.
Marketing Manager
As A Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overall brand & marketing
management of the Acefood brand such as Chuba, Mr. Hottest, Maitos, and TES.

To implement strategic and tactical marketing planning to support business

goals and objectives, develope and implementing campaigns and programs to
support brand communication strategy. Handling brand in different product
category and to stimulate retail behavior that promotes customer demand.

Job Requirement
Minimum S1 Degree from reputable University
Minimum 5 years working experience in snack/ beverages industry as A
Marketing Manager
Having previous working experience on executing all communication
strategies in ATL and BTL
Extensive experience in executing successful marketing brand strategies
Persuasive and productive communicator, having ability to lead and organize
project in cross-function teams and capable to work well with all levels.
Resourceful and takes initiatives, able to operate within budget, guidelines
and limitations
Demonstrable understanding of Indonesia food/snack marketing industry
Good leadership qualities
Strong in numbers and Microsoft Excel

Sales Manager
As A Sales Manager in Acefood you will be responsible for duties and challenges
such as:

Responsible for achieving sales targets in term of profit and volume, market
share, and promotional activities in Traditional and Modern Market.
Monitor and guide merchandising team in assigned area to achieve sales,
stock, and display objectives.
Identify business opportunities and create promotion activities to increase
sales & market share.
Working together with distributor to provide guidance and leadership to
extent and increase sales.
Job Requirement
Minimum S1 Degree from reputable University
Minimum 5 years experience in Sales Managerial position in snack/ food/
beverages industry
Experience in handling several areas, region, or national.
Have proven experience in handling traditional and modern market
Have the ability to lead and manage sales team in achieving target.
Computer literate and excellent communication by verbal and written
Have the passion on sales activity and mobility to travel
