Sika GroutPlug -A
Injection Port for Low Pressure Injection System

Product
Description Sika GroutPlug -A is a specially designed resin injection tool for cracks
in concrete as a part of Low Pressure Injection System (LPIS*). LPIS
automatically gives consistent low pressure injection. Sika GroutPlug-
A, as an injection port, enables precise and deep penetration into small
cracks. It is also capable of controlling the pressure and injecting rates.
*LPIS is based on Boyles Law: under conditions of constant temperature
and quantity, there is an inverse relationship between the volume and
pressure for an ideal gas. The resin inserted into the pressure tank
produces air pressure to extrude resin to cracks/ joints.

Use Part of Low Pressure Injection System,

Injection port for concrete joints and cracks

Advantages Easy viscosity adjustment and refilling of resin.

Scales on pressure tank help control the injection and pressure amount.
(see below table)
Compact and light weighted.
Plug applicator is made of thermoplastic (ABS) and capable of
re-shaping to fit the area of application.
