Member of Country Coordination Team (CCT) & work closely with all members of CCT to develop & deployment of

Member of Senior Management Team (SMT) and work closely with all members of SMT to develop & deployment
of country programme strategy in Philippines.
To ensure that all procurements for Philippines mission are made according to Concern procurement policy.
To arrange and route local and international supplies for Philippines mission and deal with issues related to
suppliers like quality issues, delays, payments etc.
To act as the lead focal point for all logistical issues for Concern Philippines.
Organize, implement and monitor the transition of the mission logistics procedures from Concern logistics manual
and develop additional procedures if required.
To ensure that the travel/transport policy is in place & all vehicles are in perfect condition.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain adequate documentary evidence of the procurements made as per Concerns Logistic manual and SOPs
and submission of the payment requests to finance department.
Process quotations and tenders as required, according to Concerns SOPs/manual.
To carry out purchases budget holder has approved those as per SOPs.
Ensure that regular market surveys and evaluation of suppliers are carried out to ascertain average costs for
goods in order to select the most effective & efficient suppliers.
Regularly update assets register and to ensure that staff should use assets as per policy.
Submit monthly logistics report to Assistant Country Director System.
Liaise with the partner Logistics staff on logistics related issues.
Partners staff capacity building and strengthening of logistics systems.
Carry out supplier assessment, evaluation & selection, to ensure that reliable & dependable suppliers are
