On behalf of Interactive Response Technologies, Inc., an iQor company (together with its various
affiliates, "iQor"), we are pleased to extend to you an offer of employment.

Starting Salary/Wage (less applicable taxes if applicable): $11 Per Hour
Although more details will be given at the time of your employment, you may be eligible for our Variable
Incentive plan, under which you could earn performance compensation.
Benefits: You will be eligible for the miQor Benefits Program once you attain an agent title or with a wait
period of 45 days if hired as agent or higher directly.
At Will: This letter is not an employment contract. You are being employed at at-will basis, and such
employment does not constitute a guarantee that any position will be continued for any length of time or
that any job assignment with iQor will be permanent. Your employment may be terminated at any time,
with or without notice or cause.
If you are employed by iQor and subsequently decide to leave the company prior to the end of the training
period, which includes both classroom and on the job training, your wage will be reduced to the
applicable minimum wage for all hours worked during your final pay period. This is applicable to both
voluntary and involuntary separations.
Background Check: This offer of employment is contingent upon satisfactory reference and background
checks and a drug test.

Addendum- US State Specific Information:
California Applicants: You need not identify any conviction for a marijuana-related offense if the
conviction is more than two years old, or any information pertaining to referral to and participation in any
