I. Rationale
One of the many preferred way of cooking for Filipinos is roasted meat, fish etc. In fact, there are
numerous number of places wherein barbeque is the highlight for the travelers.

Outing is one way of gathering and this includes food trip. The most common way is to bring
portable barbeque grill to roast the food. Barbeque grill is important not only to those whose business is
roasted products but also to almost all individual who loves roasted foods.

There are many design for barbeque grill each with different color that will suit on someones
preferences. Made up of different types of materials and this must be put into consideration for a durable
barbeque grill that is safe for the user.

To help those who love barbeque in their every outing, this portable barbeque grill is proposed.

II. Objective

The project generally aims to fabricate a barbeque grill.

The project specifically aims to:

IV.Significance of the study

The project will provide convenience for the individuals who love grilled dishes at home or for some
outdoor activities. This portable grill will give ease feeling for those who loves outing and prefers grilled
dish as hassle free way of cooking foods.

V. Methodology
To produce the proposed project, the following procedures must be followed:

Create a plan
Design a light, simple and portable barbeque grill. Indicate the length on the design. In addition, work
flow diagram is necessary in creating the proposed project for an organized activity.

Gather appropriate tools

 Necessary tools to make the barbeque grill includes:
1. Round bars
2. Welding machine
3. Welding rods
4. Measuring tape
5. Hacksaw
6. Chipping tool
7. Welding googles
8. Gloves

Cut the pieces

Measure the size of round bars for the barbeque grill.
Tighten the round bar on a vice and measure the length for the barbeque grill. For the rectangle
barbeque grill design, the following must be observed:
- Three 1-foot-long round bars.
- Nine foot long round bars.
Carefully cut the round bar according to its exact length by using hacksaw. Bend the remaining 1
foot of round bar to form a ring for the handle.

Make the barbeque grill

Categorize the tools according to its order and usage for a convenient and safe working area.
Wear the appropriate protective equipment before doing the activity. Check each tools to avoid
accidents. The whole process for making grill includes measuring, welding and finishing of the projects
surface.

Finish the surface

Use wire brush in removing the dirt, and slug on the surface of the metal. Paint the barbeque grill
and leave for few minutes until it will dry.
