OBJETIVOS GENERALES.
Iniciar al estudiante de Geoqumica en los conceptos fundamentales de la Geologa
Estructural.
CONTENIDO PROGRAMATICO.

Fallas y Fracturas.- Definicin, nomenclatura, origen y clasificacin. Criterios de
identificacin en el campo. Mecnica del fallamiento. Diaclasas, definicin y origen.
Relacin de las zonas de fractura con otras estructuras geolgicas. Movimiento de los
fluidos en relacin con fallas y fracturas.

EVALUACION.
Prctica: 30 %
El promedio de los tres exmenes parciales debe ser superior a los diez (10) puntos, de
lo contrario el estudiante deber presentar el examen de reparacin para aprobar la
materia.
Asimismo el estudiante debe aprobar la prctica para aprobar la asignatura.
DEDICACIN.
Teora: tres (3) horas semanales - Martes 11:00 a.m. a 12:00 m. ; Viernes 9:00 a 11:00
a.m.
