AFFIDAVIT OF DESISTANCE

I, JOYCE L. AQUINO, Filipino, of legal age and with postal address at

Philippine Economic Zone Authority, DOE-PNOC Complex, Bonifacio Global City,
Taguig City after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose
and state: That

1. I am the private complainant for VIOLATION OF R.A. 9262 now pending before the
Office of the City Prosecutor, City of Dasmarias, Cavite under Case Number: NPS-IV-
24-INV-17E-320;

2. After confront with the respondent, it was learned that the above complaint was
lodged due to some miscommunications and misunderstanding on the circumstances
surrounding the incident and that said misunderstanding has already been patched up
between me and the respondent herein and for this reason, I am no longer interested in
the further prosecution of the above-mentioned case;

3. I executed this Affidavit of desistance to attest to the truthfulness of the foregoing

statement and to request the OFFICE OF THE CITY PROSECUTOR OF THE CITY
OF DASMARIAS CAVITE to dismiss the aforementioned case against JEFFREY A.
AQUINO and for whatever legal purpose the same may serve;

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto affixed my signature this 19 th day of
