Unpack Connect and plug in

Install software Plug the AC adapter into an electrical
outlet to turn the scanner on.

Do not connect the USB cable yet.
Scan a photo

Follow the on-screen
instructions and select
the default options.
Remove the CD
when youre finished
installing software.

Macintosh OS X: Select your scanner.

Double-click the CD-ROM icon
on the desktop.
Press the Start button.

Remove protective tape

Click Scan. EPSON Scan opens and scans your View your photo in My Pictures (Windows) or
Printed in XXXXXX XX.XX-XX XXX photo in Full Auto Mode. Wait for Pictures (Mac OS X).
your scan to finish or click Pause to
change settings.
