*You have to pre-order 20 ft. conduit or glue two 10 ft. pieces together with a coupler, to make a 20 ft. long piece.

STEP ONE: BUILD FRAME BASE
A) Cut your two 2x6x8 so they are each 7 5 long

B) Put the treated 2x6s on flat (on flat: laid width wise flat on the ground)
with the two 7 5 pieces in between the two 12 ones so that you have an 8x12 frame.

C) Secure corners with predrilled gussets (triangular cuts of plywood that are 10x10)
and 1 5/8 wood screws. Flush the outside corners up and set 4 screws, 2 into each 2x6.

CAUTION: The instructions are only a guide, and should be followed by individuals familiar with home building projects. Spike TV and Producer assume no responsibility,
and are not liable for any injuries or damages due to reliance on instructions. Parental supervision recommended for individuals under 18. Use at your own risk.
STEP TWO: SET FLANGES
Measure and mark your frames long sides at 1 , 4, 8 and 11 10
and drill in a flange at each mark.

STEP THREE:
Attach the ends of PVC pipe to a piece of 1x4x12 to establish the outline of your greenhouse. Pre-drill the pipe
and use one screw so that the pipe can swivel. Then repeat on a second piece, these will be the front and back
of your green house.

STEP FOUR:
Build the rest of the frame to accommodate the door size that you want to use. In most cases 3' wide would be adequate,
so thats what we will use here.

A) Mark your center point on the 1x4, and then measure out 16 out on either side.

B) Attach your 1x4s at your marks, running long at the top (you will cut later)

C) Connect with your header so that it meets your door sides where they cross the PVC pipe. (header is the piece of wood
that spans the top of the door frame)

CAUTION: The instructions are only a guide, and should be followed by individuals familiar with home building projects. Spike TV and Producer assume no responsibility,
and are not liable for any injuries or damages due to reliance on instructions. Parental supervision recommended for individuals under 18. Use at your own risk.
D) Using a pencil, mark the arc of the inside edge of the pipe onto the wood frame. Using a reciprocating saw
cut the arc into the frame so that it fits sung inside the PVC arc.

E) Then drill a hole in the center of the wood and connect the PVC and wood with a zip tie and a screw down
through the pipe into the wood.

CAUTION: The instructions are only a guide, and should be followed by individuals familiar with home building projects. Spike TV and Producer assume no responsibility,

STEP FIVE : SKIN THE ENDS

A) Laying your frame on the ground, unroll your plastic so that you have 2 of overhang or either end and cut off with
your utility knife.

B) Starting on the bottom, line one edge of the plastic so that it wraps around the bottom and is flush to the top
edge of your 1x4 and secure with screws and fender washers at each end and every foot.

C )After stapling the plastic to the front, flip the frame over, fold over the plastic and attach to the wood with screws
and fender washers. Trim off excess, and repeat on second frame.

CAUTION: The instructions are only a guide, and should be followed by individuals familiar with home building projects. Spike TV and Producer assume no responsibility,

STEP SIX: CUT THE PLASTIC
Cut the plastic out of the door opening - leave enough to fold double before stapling it to the frame.

STEP SEVEN: INSERT PVC

Insert PVC ends into flanges to construct frame.

STEP EIGHT:
Take your 11 9 x1x4 bracing and attach them to each rib at 3, 6 and centered at the top (or just to the
side of the coupler if you used two 10 pipes) and on the inside of the structure. Securing with a screw.
Make sure to level each PVC rib before securing. Then attach through the outside, of the end frames,
into the ends of your bracing boards, tying the structure together into one piece.

STEP NINE: SECURE YOUR WOOD
Secure your wood ribbing to the frame with fender washers and screws.

STEP TEN: SKIN THE ROOF

A) Lay out your plastic and using 2- 12x1x4 wrap the plastic around one piece so that both sides of the
wood are covered and sandwich it between another 1x4 screwing them together. Then attach it to the
treated frame.

CAUTION: The instructions are only a guide, and should be followed by individuals familiar with home building projects. Spike TV and Producer assume no responsibility,

B) Wrap the plastic over the top of your frame and cut off the excess so that you have 6-8 of overhang, and then
repeat step a) with the remaining 12x1x4

C) To clean up the excess on the ends, pull tight and attach to the wood with screws and fender
washers, cut off excess.
