TERMS & CONDITIONS

Rates are on bed and breakfast basis
Buffet Breakfast served at the Caf Restaurant
 Rates are subject to current applicable Government taxes 13% VAT and 10% Service Charge
(Cumulative of 24.3%) and non-commissionable. However, should there be any changes in the above
taxes; the new taxes will apply accordingly.
Rates are applicable to reservations made through Mytrip2nepal and is only valid for above
mentioned market within the validity period.
Full payment on rooms and other charges to be settled upon checkout or through the credit
facility.

FAMILY PLAN/EXTRA BED SUPPLEMENT

Our Family Plan allows for a maximum of two children below 12 years of age sharing a room
with their parents at no extra charge. An extra bed, if required, will be provided on a complimentary
basis.
For the third adult or child above 12 years of age, an additional charge of USD 35 will be levied.
Please note that only one extra bed can be placed in the room.

GROUP CONCESSIONARY POLICY

The hotel will accord half twin room complimentary on plan for every 15 fully paying guest, up
to a maximum of 02 twin rooms per group, non-accumulative.

Remarks
Our check in time is at 2PM onwards. Hence, for early arrival before 2 PM, we strongly suggest that
the room is pre booked the night before to ensure room availability upon check in. This is with an
additional one night fee.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that our cancellation policy is 72Hours. In case of last minute cancellation or no-show, we
will be charging one night's retention.

Early Check-in Policy

As per policy can we extend early arrival at 50% if we have they reaching the hotel between 9am to 2
pm which is the normal check-in time.
