General Explanation

2.1 Company History

In the past this company name was Silk Route which provide free design service to attract
custumers and increase their sales. This company is owned by Mr. Gobindram N.G and He
established his business by working together with one Designer whose name is Erni and they change
their boutiqe name to Apique. In 2010 Erni resigned from Apique Boutiqe because She wanted to go
to France for educational purposes. Mr. Gobindram started their business alone since May 2010 and
it made him got in hard situation, their order decreased gradually which only 50pcs-100pcs/month
until December 2010. This boutiqe was running by limited labor (one people for design, one people
for finishing, and two people for sequins). However, his sales increased dramatically in 2011 which
achieve 250pcs-500pcs/month. In 2012, this boutiqe chaged the name of company from Apique
Boutiqe become Apique By Silk Route because both Apique Boutiqe and Silk Route joined their
business. Silk Route focused on Fabric sales on the first floor of this boutiqe.

2.2 Working Regulations

1. Working hours start at 09.00 am 05.00 pm, except for Saturday at 09.00am 03.00 pm.
Employees should be attend 10 minutes before

2. Work permit requirements must be submitted one month before

3. Going absent (sick) must be submitted medical reference from Doctor

4. Every employees must keep clean the working environment and carry out picket on schedule

5. HP must be deposited and reuable at break time
