INTRODUCTION

The learning is one of the most important processes by which can arrive to that
the personnel was smart to exert his work or the functions that have assigned him
inside a company. It has to be prepared to decide which is the best solution for a
problem, and no only decide, but it also has to know find the causes that gave
origin to the problem, splitting from the greater problems until the secondary
problems, that generated the greater problems. For this exist analysis that can
make , like the Truck-school. Once made an analysis of 'x'' problem of the
company that affect to the exert, will be able to decide what alternative take to
solve it, so that later the problem do not affect in the quality in the industry. And
back to the resolution of the problem, to achieve the quality of a product or service
has to follow some standards of quality more known as 'ISO''.
SUMMARY
In first instances the book mentions us the learning like the form to qualify to the
personnel and expresses us two types of school of learning:

Traditional school and Active School, did not matter which of the two methods
chose to learn, since only it attains obtain a real learning when they give the steps
of: Experience- observation- Theory-Concretizar.

They mention the analyses and solutions of the problems. To find the problem and
also his possible causes and the lower causes (cause-effect) mention types of
graphic, which consist in putting the problem like the central point and afterwards
around this go giving off the problems and the causes of the same.

The diagram of spine of fish is a graphic of cause-effect very complete if it wants

to arrive to the causes and sub causes of the problem.

Back to make the diagram that have chosen arrives the research of data and
information, these have to be ordered to be able to give them an effective use, of
the contrary alone will be data inservibles. Once found the information, necessary
and orderly data have to process , for this there is different types of graphic for the
processing of data. As they are:

Histograms, Tendencies, Dispersion, Limits.

It declares the relation of the cause-effect. After all this process to find the causes
and once processed the data of the analysis of the problem, make proposed of
solutions for the problem and decisions to confront the same. It arrives the steps
to register the solutions correctivas:

Requirements of the solution: here they establish the aims of the decision.

Generation of alternatives: solutions with the probability to give the results

expected.

The system CAMION-SCHOOL is a method to reach the quality in the products

and services. The quality no only involves the way in that they do the things, or the
excellence of the things. What really involves is: adapt the product/service to the
user or consumer, fulfil the specifications, utility of the products by a lot of years
and information in the sale and post-sale.

All this serves him to the company to improve his quality, and with this improve his
productivity.

W. Deming Develops a system of quality called SYSTEM OF TOTAL QUALITY,

which allows to attain the quality-productivity in the companies, the central
appearances are: Do well the work in each step of the operation and verify the
quality and use simple statistical methods to check that the things do well.

It mentions the ISO, that is a no governmental organisation that promotes the

development of regularisation and the activities related in the world with regard to
facilitating the international exchange of genders and services, also the
cooperation between countries in roads of development , scientific activities,
technological and economic.

The ISO 9000 is a group of international standards to ensure the quality so much in
the trade as in the industry. Of this give off the ISO 9001, 9002, 9003.

ISO 9001: it Is the base of management of the quality since it is an international

norm and centres in all the elements of administration of quality with which a
company has to explain to have an effective system that allow him administer and
improve the quality of his products or services.

ISO 9002: This ISO is headed to the companies that only produce and have to fulfil
with this norm, describes to the norms of guarantee of specific quality for the
companies that work from a design established, but that still have not created the
design by himself same.

ISO 9003: This ISO focuses to the companies that only require control of quality,
but do not design neither produce. It regulates the activities of inspections and final
proofs. At present the ISO 9003 is obsolete and does not award .
The 5S is a basic tool of improvement of quality of life, was created in Japan for the
internal integral maintenance of the company. His application improves the
following elements: The quality, elimination of dead times and reduction in costs.
CONCLUSION
To my seem is a very useful book regarding the appearances for the companies
and also to know how find the solution of a problem, and the distinct analyses to
arrive to the causes and sub causes of the same. The diagram that more call me
the attention was the diagram of spine of fish, since it is a complete diagram which
allows you position the problem in the head, and with lines signalling the main
causes and with other smaller the causes that generate these more main causes
and that affect to the problem. The processing of the data and like deciding or
create alternatives for the possible solution of the problem is very interesting as
they explain it. And the ISO left me a knowledge that goes me to serve more
advance, only knew the group like such (ISO9000) but no each one in particular
and are very interesting. The book leaves you a learning that can apply in the
career or in other branches of her.
