DUMW-48/50H outdoor power system is compact and intelligent
power system containing max.4 rectifier modules, controller module,
LVD,BLVD, AC and DC distributions. Special protection measures
ensure it could be applied in outdoor environment.

 Dust-proof design : Bilayer filter, double shielding, easy to maintain and
replace. Filter EU3.
Audible alarm : Auto alarm when the theft open the door, the sound is up to
100dB. Automatic off after 2 minutes.
Battery compartment anti-theft : Double room design for Anti-theft
Door lock anti-theft : Increase door lock protective box to realize double anti-
theft.
Lamp : Install LED light on the top of the cabinet.
Temperature measurement : Install thermometer on the door, easy for
maintenance staff to check the temperature.
Charge battery control : Automatically detect the battery charging
status.Default factory settings is 10% of the battery.
Smart fan control : Speed control built in: 28 C stop working, 32 C speed
1200 RPM, 35 C speed 2600 RPM.

 Cabinet Structure

Subdivision design of the cabinet, independent cooling,

battery compartment is isolated from the equipment
compartment.
Advantages: prevent the heat from the equipment
compartment entering into the battery compartment to
increase the service life of the battery.

 Cooling Fan of the Cabinet
- Four fans are installed in total, fans are tilted 45 degrees
in accordance with the air-out channel to realize smooth
ventilation.
- Our DKD48 controller has the alarm function of fan failure.
- The fan start-up temperature is set at 28 before delivery.
The fan speed is 1200 RPM when the temperature reached
32, and 2600 RPM when the temperature reached 35.

 Design of Lighting

Install LED light on the top of the cabinet, the light needs to
be manually switched on after the door is opened, when the
work is finished, it needs to be switched off manually.

LED light switch is installed on the left side inside the cabinet,
it will not affect the cabling and the installation of other
telecom equipment.

Install thermometer on the door, easy for maintenance

staff to check the temperature.

 Alarm Function

Install the alarm inside the cabinet, it will automatically alarm

when the door is opened, the alarm will last 2 to 3 minutes and
automatically turned off. After the work is finished, you just need
to close the door. The maximum sound is 100dB.

Epoxy power coating 90 -120 micron (outside only), light

color (greyish white dedicated in telecom area) is adopted to

 Battery Charging Management

Charging current of our DKD48 controller is

adjustable, normally between 10% and 20% of
the battery, its factory settings is 10% of the
battery. It can automatically detect the battery
charging status.
