If the resolution provided at level two doesnt satisfy your requirement, then you can escalate the issue to the Principal Nodal Ofcer (PNO). You can use the online
form to submit your complaint, or write to the Principal Nodal Ofcer at the addresses mentioned on their website.
In case you have not received the expected level of service from the bank or you havent received any resolution within 30 working days, you may directly approach the
Banking Ombudsman appointed by the Reserve Bank of India for redressal.
