8. What is the name of Spouse ( if married)
9. What is his/her current occupation
10. What is his/her educational background ( information on OL, AL, Diploma & Degree and details
of school attended to be mentioned in detail)
11. Does your spouse intend to accompany you to Australia
12. Will your spouse resign from employment to accompany you to Australia
13. If your spouse having a business what steps will be take n to look after business until you return
to Sri Lanka
14. Do you know the extra cost involve in bringing your spouse with you to Australia.
