Dates to Remember: A note from the teachers

3.NBT.A.2 Fluently add and subtract
Thank you to those who have
within 1000 using strategies and
algorithms based on place value, turned in their $30 field trip
properties of operations, and/or the donation. Cash or a check made
relationship between addition and
subtraction

CCSS.ELA-LITERACY.W.3.2 had zero parent volunteers
Write informative/explanatory texts to
cleared to drive. Please be sure
examine a topic and convey ideas
and information clearly. to submit the driver paperwork
to make these field trips
possible.
Only about 50% of the class has
turned in donations. We count
on these funds to help make trips
possible.

Raz Kids
All students should be using
Raz Kids at home. This is a
great way for them to meet
their 20 minutes of reading
at night. Raz kids is
programmed to provide your
child with books at his/her
reading level. You can also
request parent access to
review their progress.
We strongly suggest you take
advantage of Raz kids and its
many resources at home.
