Market is the most essential part of which the business can now have the insight on building
strong relationship in order to gain loyalty from the customers on their, wants and needs that is better
than the competitors.
In relation to our business, named The Pizza Hub has a target market from the age of 17 to 69 years old
in the city of Legazpi, We use some formula to determine and analyze the demand and supply for the
service to know whether the proposal project is feasible and has the ability to penetrate the market.

Buyers/User and Uses

Customers often search for a way to get together with the people they want to be with, and they
always make it sure to have food as part of their quality time. The idea led us to the development of the
eating with concept in our business that will provide something more in nowadays products, something
that will compensate on what they are pay paying for.

Product
A product is the item offered for sale. It can be a service or an item, physical or a virtual. Every
product is made at a cost and each is sold at a price. Each product has a useful life after which it needs
replacement, and a life cycle after which it has to be re-invented. Our Product in our business, The Pizza
Hub, are different kinds of pizza that will catch from the eye to the taste of each Bicolanos.
Our product was conceptualized by our group that loves eating pizza, as for this, we gathered our ideas
regarding on what would be our ideal pizza toppings that we usually want to see and taste. We also
asked our target customers if they also agree on what we are thinking, and the result was made us
decide to continue developing the product into a more profitable way of sharing.
We have new products that we have researched and adapted like Twisted crust pizza, Pizza bomb and
Coned pizza that will surely love by the people. The Pizza Hub also added Carbonara, Spaghetti, Fries,
mojos, Chicken wings & Rice, and Drinks that will add up to the taste of our customers.

and for their family. Every product is made at a cost and each is sold at a price. The price that can be
charged depends on the market, the quality, the marketing and the segment that is targeted.
We currently use the Cost base pricing as for the pizza prices. This is based on the costs that we
applied from creating our product through tests and basically computing its components and applying all
essential additional costs that earning the profit should cover up.

Promotion
As a key marketing element, promotion comprises communications tactics used to educate
consumers, increase demand, and differentiate brands.
The Pizza Hub set a variety of promotional strategy that will introduce the Pizza business.

Creating a Facebook Fan Page that will update about the latest products, future events and eye-
catching photos of our pizza.
- In this fan page, managers will bring about creative ideas from our customers that will help us to
innovate and add more ideas and recipes or even another product to our The Pizza Hub.
Advertising a radio commercial that will help our customer remind our existence to the customers
all throughout (pending ---time), this will also be the way to help customers identify our location.
Like the other pizza restaurants, we will going to set up tarpaulins that includes our brand name,
other main product photo and our location that will serve as a guide to our future customers.

Place
We choose to be a family and friends oriented theme that will gather and enjoy our product
together. We are located in Landco Business Park, Legazpi City, near Erins Cafe.
We designed the concept of the Pizza Hub basing on how we can impress continuously our customers
not only on we give them quality menu that we have but also considered the look and feel pleasing factor.
We consulted a drafting graduate and has a background in interior designing.

Sales Policies
A sales policy acts as a shield for both customer and the company, as part of the marketing mix.
For agreeing terms, the exchange of the product and service at a time is a reasonable for your funding
required for such and need to be completed. Pizza Hub will have a Pay as you go Policy.

1. The Pizza Hub will going to have a Pay as you go policy.


2. All transactions in terms of the product per se are payable in cash only.
3. Cancellation of order must be done before the order has been served or else, the order will
now consider sold and will ready for a payment.
4. Certain customers may experience immediate actions in case of comments/complaints
regarding on our product and/or services.
5. The pizza hub must issue an official receipt for every purchase of product available.
6. Before the customer will leave the table, the service crew must ensure that the payment is

The Pizza Hub will undergo the four (4) stages of Life Cycle: Market Introduction, Growth,
Maturity, and Declining Stage.

Market Introduction Stage


This is the first stage in a product'slife cycle. This is the point of product launch, market entry, and
user-trial by the product innovators for the customers. At this stage competitions are visible and sales are
slow and difficult, and the manufacture must incur heavy promotional expenditure to 'educate' the public.
The main objective here is to generate primary demand (demand for the product class) instead of the
selective demand (demand for a specific brand). Prices may be set low to deter imitators with skimpy
margins (penetration strategy). 5 days ahead of our opening day, an advertisement on a popular radio
station will be aired for a formal announcement of our opening. On the starting first day of our operation,
we will set 2 large size of high definition sound speakers to attract customers and call on their attentions.
Together with this, we will set a small size stall outside our store to give away free taste of small size of
our main pizza dishes that we have.

Growth Stage
This is the stage where its typically characterized by a strong growth in sales and profits, and
business gains a high level of popularity, the profit margins, as well as the overall amount of profit, will
increase. This makes it possible for businesses to invest more money in the promotional activity to
maximize the potential of this growth stage. This will also help us to improve and develop some facilities
like adding more speed for the current Wi-Fi connection that we have in the current operations. In many

1. The Pizza Hub will be open from 9 AM to 9 PM every day.

11. Complaints about the products or Service that are/is rendered will be instantly acted in a
appropriately by the manager or the owner (if present and available).
