Opportunities:
- The approval by the management for the
implementation of the project.
- The formats used are compatible with the
application which will execute the project.
- The human resources area in different
places use the same formats.
Threats:
-The number of recurring changes in formats
to be used by management.
-The restrictions of accessibility in the
equipment by the management.
-The large amount of daily work that
prevents the dedication of the necessary
time for the monitoring and updating of the
project.
