Application & Fees must be received by stated deadlines.

Most colleges have a grace period regarding the receipt of


transcripts, recommendation letters and test scores.

Scores must be sent by the student directly from testing

Not every college will ask for one but it will be helpful to have

Counselor:
Transcripts
Submit Request Form to Counseling Office
Please submit request 2 - 3 weeks before deadline
$5 per transcripts requested for colleges
Free of charge for scholarships, enrichment activities, etc.

To assist your counselor please:


Complete Counselor Brag Sheet and Recommendations
(Naviance)
Complete Parent Brag Sheet (Naviance)
Submit Secondary School Reports (if applicable)
College Application Process
Teacher:
Make requests for teacher recommendations at least
3-4 weeks before deadline

Give Teacher a copy of brag sheet/resume

Re-introduce yourself to teachers, share with them


memorable moments/accomplishments from their class

It has to be completed once for anyone apply to a
college in North Carolina
