I, ATTY. CHRISTOPHER D. DONAAL, of legal age, single, Filipino Citizen

with office Address at U/G Floor, Baden Powel Hotel, 26 Gov. Pack Rd., Baguio
City, after being sworn itno in accordance with law state that:

1. That I am the Corporate Secretary of Chanum Foundation Inc., a non-

stock, non-profit domestic corporation organized under the law of the
Republic of the Philippines with principal office address at 366-C Pinsao
Proper, Baguio City.

2. That at an Emergency meeting was held last September 4, 2017of the

Board of Directors and held last , where a quorum was present, the following
resolutions were unanimously approved, to wit:

BOARD RESOLUTION No. 0002 Series of 2017

WHEREAS, Chanum Foundation Incorporated (Foundation) has a savings account

with Land Bank of the Philippines-Baguio Branch with Savings Account Number 0221-
2394-31.

WHEREAS, Chanum Foundation have a new set of officers, who held office last
February 9,2017 up to the present and the former officer authorized to transact with Land
Bank of the Philippines-Baguio Branch is no longer an officer of the Foundation,

WHEREAS, there is need to authorize new representatives of the FOUNDATION to

hold Bank Transactions with Land Bank of the Philippines with respect to SA # 0221-2394-
31 including the authority to withdraw any amount deposited in the said account.

RESOLVED, that the FOUNDATION authorizes the Board President, JORDAN MANG-
OSAN and/or the Vice-President RACHEL MAGARSO and/or Corporate Secretary,
CHRISTOPHER D. DONAAL to hold Bank Transactions with Land Bank of the Philippines
with respect to SA # 0221-2394-31 including the authority to withdraw any amount
deposited in the said account.

Now, therefore let it be resolved , that the Board President, JORDAN MANG-
OSAN and/or the Vice-President RACHEL MAGARSO and/or Corporate Secretary,
CHRISTOPHER D. DONAAL be authorized to to hold Bank Transactions with Land
Bank of the Philippines with respect to SA # 0221-2394-31 including the authority to
withdraw any amount deposited in the said account.

3. That the foregoing resolutions are true and correct and that it has not
been amended or superseded up to this date.
