Project Cost management adalah kumpulan proses


yang terdiri dari perencanaan,estimasi, budgeting,
financing, funding, managing dan control cost (biaya
) sehingga sebuah proyek dapat berjalan dengan
dana yang sudah disetujui

PROSES DALAM PROJECT COST

1. Project Management Plan ( scope baseline, schedule baseline
and other information)
2. Project Charter
3. Enterprice environmental factors(organization culture, market
condition)
4. Organizational process assets ( financial controls procedure,
historical information, finacial database)

TOOL & TECHNIQUE


1. Expert Judgment
Berdasarkan historical information, menyarankan untuk
menggabungkan method dan cara rekonsiliasi perbedaan.
2. Analytical Technique
Payback periode, ROI, IRR (Internal Rate of Return)
dan NPV ( Net Present Value )
3. Meeting
Project Manager, Project Sponsor, Selected project
team member, selected stakeholder, semua pihak yang
bertanggung jawab dalam project cost.

reserves) dan cadangan manajemen untuk proyek

4. Historical Relationship ; akurat, mudah diukur & scalable
5. Funding limit reconsiliation ; adanya rekonsiliasi antara
pengeluaran dana dengan batas dana.

resource measurement
Ada 3 komponen :
-Earned Value (EV)
nilai pekerjaan yang telah diselesaikan sampai dengan waktu yang ditentukan
- Planned Value (PV)
nilai pekerjaan yang telah disetujui yang harus diselesaikan sesuai dengan waktu
yang telah ditetapkan
- Actual Cost (AC)
Biaya yang telah dikeluarkan

Selain itu :
- Schedule Variance (SV) = EV - PV, apabila SV (-)
terlambat

- Cost Variance (CV)= EV - AC, apabila CV (-)


kelebihan biaya

- Schedule Performance Index (SPI) = EV/PV, SPI > i,


menyelesaikan pekerjaan lebih banyak

- Cost Performance Index (CPI) = EV/AC, CPI > i ,


mengeluarkan budget lebih sedikit

2. Forecasting
- EAC forecast for ETC work performed at the budget rate
EAC = AC + (BAC-EV)
- EAC forecast for ETC work performed at the present CPI
EAC = BAC/CPI
- EAC forecast for ETC work considering both SPI and CPI
factors
EAC = AC + [(BAC EV) / (CPI SPI)
* BAC = Budget At Completion
