Most of the students rarely helped each other,

The teacher rarely helped, befriends, trusts and
was interested in students. When the students asked to the teacher, the teacher sometimes gave feedback but sometimes did not. Moreover, when the teacher was explaining in front of the class, there were some students who did not look at the teacher. They precisely looked at their friends, and had conversation with other students The students did not compete with each other for grades and recognition sportively. When the teacher asked them to answer the question without reading the text, they did not obey the rules and keep reading the text to find out the answer. Most of the students did not behave in orderly, quiet, and polite manner, and on the overall organization of classroom activities. There were some students who frequently made noise during the class. They spoke in a laud voice and, sometimes, they made joke. As a result, the other students laughed at them. This really disturbed class conduciveness since the students lost their focus on the teacher. The students paying attention were only the ones who sat in first row. The students rarely knew the consequences for breaking rules. They sometimes drank in the class whereas they are not allowed to eat and drink in the classroom. The teacher sometimes did not use the rules which are enforced. When the students drank in the classroom, the teacher sometimes forgot to give her warning or punishment. The teacher did not plans new, unusual and varying activities and techniques to encourage students think creatively. The teacher only used the LKS (Students worksheet). She asked the students to translate the text into Indonesian. After that, she wrote the difficult word and asked the students to do the questions related to the text.
