kemampuan pekerja.
*Storage space should be flat & adjust the lifting load to the worker's
ability.
*Untuk penyimpanan material tidak melebihi dari 3 tingkat untuk pipa
dan tidak lebih dari 2 tingkat untuk papan.
*Storage area must be flat and materials stacking must not be more than
3 layers for tube and 2 layers for boards.
*Lakukan pengganjalan pada tempat penumpukan pipa.
*Perform an overload on the pipe stack.
*Tanah dimana material itu akan disimpan harus padat

3.1. Struktur tidak dapat menahan beban *Perform scaffolding starting from the bottom and up to the next lift PH/Supervisor,

yang terpasang. PH/Supervisor,
*Be sure to make tightening on every clamp scaffold attached. Operator, All
*Lakukan pemasangan lantai kerja dan ikat sesuai dengan standard. Crew
*Perform floor workings and tie in accordance with the standard.
*Semua scaffolder sudah mengikuti training bekerja ketinggian dan
sudah memiliki (LOA)
*All Scaffolders must have letter of approval (LOA), attended the work
at height training and fit for the the works.
*Periksa sebelum menggunakan safety harness dan gunakan safety
harness double lanyard yang baik & benar dan pastikan lanyard/hook
telah dicantolkan pada unchor point yang cukup kuat.
*Inspection before using safety harness and wear safety harness double
lanyard properly & make sure lanyard/hookis attached to the anchor
point firmly.
*100% tie of selama bekerja diketinggian.
*100% tie of while working at height.
*Hook harness harus dicantolkan pada anchor point yang tepat.
*To hook the harness hook on the proper anchorage point. PH/Supervisor,
*Pastikan tetap mencantolkan satu lanyard pada saat berpindah posisi.

*Pasang pipa pada struktur scaffold dan lakukan pengikatan
menggunakan clamp dengan kuat dan benar.
*Attach the pipe to the scaffold structure and fasten and clamp using
clamp accordingly.
*Pasang safety clips pada kedua sisi roller.
*Install safety clips on both sides of the Gin Wheel
*Gunakan tali dengan diameter minimal 12 mm dan tidak menaikkan
beban diatas 20 kg.
*Use a rope with a diameter of at least 12 mm and not to raise the load
above 20 kg.
*Dan selalu check tali sebelum digunakan. PH/Supervisor,
*And always check the rope prior to used.
*Gunakan catrol dan catrol harus diperiksa.

*Pastikan saat scaffolding di check,inspector telah menggunakan
persyaratan bekerja diatas ketinggian menggunakan safety full bady
harness.
*During scaffolding inspection, Inspector are wearing full body safety
harness working at height.
*Inspektor menggunakan safety full body harness, dan 100% tie off
sesuai dengan peraturan yang ditentukan.
*The scaffolding Inspector to used full body harness and comply to the
100% tie off procedure.
*Lakukan pengecekan visual dengan random check kekencangan
beberapa clamp.
*Perform visual checks with multiple clamp tight random checks.
*Pastikan secara keseluruhan kondisi scaffolding tidak goyang serta kuat
dan kokoh.
*Make sure the overall condition of scaffolding is not shaking, strong
and sturdy. PH/Supervisor,
*Lakukan perubahan/penambahan serta perbaikan bila diperlukan. Operator, All
*Make changes / additions and improvements as needed. Crew
*Berilah tag sesuai dengan kondisi real . hijau boleh digunakan dan
merah dilarang menggunakan.
*Tag according to real conditions. Green may be used and red is
prohibited to use.
*Persyaratan pembangunan scaffolding harus menyertakan gambar
sketsa, dan inspeksi gambar perencanaan ketika scaffolding dibangun.
*Erection of scaffold which required design must follow the design
drawing, and to be inspect by the design engineer once erected.
*Lakukan pemeriksaan secara regular untuk beberapa scaffolding yang
masih terpasang.
*Perform regular checkup at on progress scaffolding installation.
*Inspektor harus menginspeksi ulang secara berkala setelah 7 hari sesuai
dengan prosedur, dan sesudah terjadi hujan
*Inspector to perform the 7 days inspection rotation as per the
procedure, and after an adverse weather.
*Pembongkaran hendaknya dilakukan oleh personal yang memasang
scaffolding.
*Dismantling scaffolding should be done by the person who installed the
scaffolding.
*Pembongkaran scaffold hendaknya disetujui oleh inspektor dan lakukan PH/Supervisor,
