Final Produce Packing at Point of Harvest Policy

It is company policy of

that in harvesting

The following procedures are taken into consideration to maintain product quality:

4.2.1 Proper hygiene will be used to minimize the risk of contamination. Product will
not be left in the field overnight and will be covered to prevent contamination once
packed.
4.2.2 Product will be inspected to ensure compliance with quality criteria.
4.2.3 Packed product will be protected as necessary to prevent contamination.
4.2.4 Collection/distribution/ storage areas will be maintained under clean and
hygienic conditions.
4.2.5 All packing materials will be stored so as to protect from contamination.
4.2.6 All packing material and other wastes are removed from the field.
4.2.7 Stored product is maintained under proper temperature and humidity
requirements.
