Cumulative Patch 1

Description
Aspen OnLine V8.5.1 contains updates that will allow Aspen OnLine to be able to drive Aspen
Plus V8.6 on top of the existing capabilities in Aspen OnLine V8.5.
You cannot uninstall this Cumulative Patch. In the unlikely event that you need to remove the
Cumulative Patch, you should uninstall Aspen OnLine V8.5 and then re-install it.
If you require patches for other versions or other products, the easiest way to access these is at
the aspenONE Update Center at http://support.aspentech.com/aspenoneupdates/.

Before Installation

1. Ensure that you are logged in with an account that has administrative rights.

2. Check that all Aspen OnLine and all Aspen Tech applications are not running.

Installation

1. Double click on the .exe file for the patch and follow the on-screen instructions.

After Installation
To check whether this Cumulative Patch has been installed, view the installed location of patch
files as shown in the Files Changed table. The file versions or Date modified should match the
versions and dates provided in the table.
