Jobs day

Dear ms. Noij,

My name is Lotte Segers and Im volunteer at the local youth centre. I am writing on behalf
of the local youth centre to inform you that we are organizing a day for teenagers with the
age of 14 years to 16 years old. Im looking for guest speakers with interesting or unusual
jobs and I am writing to ask if you would like to help us with our plans.

We want to partially provide a day for people with the age of 14 years to 16 years old where
we want to tell people more about the interesting jobs and unusual jobs in the world. Most
children think about doctor or dentist, but there are way more jobs. Its hoped that Jobs
day will attract a significant number of teenagers, and that enough guest speakers will come
to this. We think teenagers will be looking forward to this because they can see new jobs
and they might choose a different job in the future.

As you are a psychologist, and this job is not chosen that much, we would be happy if you
would think about being one of our guest speaker that day. Should you agree to help us? We
would appreciate it if you could give a short talk during the day about your job and what is
so interesting about this. We would like you to be there throughout the day and would like
to invite you to come to this event and talk about your job.

Jobs day is on the 31st of October 2017 from 12 oclock until five oclock. If you are
interested to speak and if you are available than please contact me before the 1 st of October
2017.
