The Internet Banking Solution is the most used electronic channel nowadays by various Bank clients, not having the
necessity to go to the Bank and handle daily operations.
The Internet Banking Channel is available for Retail and Corporate clients, making the majority of banking operations
available, as well as personalizing service. Whichever Bank segment, the client is always just a click away.

From a technical point of view, the solution will be implemented
based on responsive design that consists on a web design
approach aimed to create sites with optimized visual
experience, easy to read and navigate. The goal is to have
minimal dimensioning and viewing for various devices from
desktops to mobile.

Security is one of the fundamentals of this solution. The Internet
Banking Channel makes all aspects of security, both on the
application and transactional layers available, such as:
Authentication via Multichannel PIN - Positions generated
randomly by the system at every login.

Daily Limits - Limits defined by the client regarding amounts to
be transacted daily.
SMS Alerts - Alerts triggered automatically for transaction
confirmation.
Transaction confirmation - Confirmation via SMS code or
Omnichannel PIN positions.
