1. Socialize the standards of ISPO, RSPO, ISCC and other sustainable standards to the
operational units on field
2. Arrange checklist for each of those standards
3. Assist the implementation of the standards
4. Innitiate the internal audit of Sustainability
5. Assist field team at the certification audit from the selected CB
6. Arrange the annual timebound of certification
7. Prepare the administration of certification MoU with CB as well as the payment
8. Handle the implementation of sustainability standards arranged by our buyers
9. Arrange calculation of GHG value with ISCC and RSPO standards
10. Assist the traceability officer to do Mass Balance report for ISCC and RSPO SCCS
11. Assist the sustainability standards for smallholder
12. Assist the system of supply chain and traceability with ISCC and RSPO standard for
corporate and operational level
13. Asssist the implementation of RSPO RED
14. Monitor the implementation of RSPO SCCS trading process on the field
15. Assist related team (sales, trading,accounting) to meet the requirement of RSPO SCCS for
the transaction
16. Monitor the input of transaction to eTrace as well as the expiry license of each unit at
eTrace and communicate it to CB for extention

Tugas & tanggung jawab:

1. Pengawasan dan pelaporan terhadap kegiatan sustainability di perusahaan
2. Manajemen kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja
3. Pembuatan program dan realisasi harian, bulanan dan tahunan
4. Sosialisasi mengenai prosedur (SOP) dan cara kerja (IK) perusahaan kepada stakeholder
maupun karyawan.

1. Membuat program kerja sustainibility yang meliputi program sosial tenaga kerja, K3,
Lingkungan, dan HCV
2. Melaksanakan, memantau, dan mengevaluasi program dan realisasi sustainability palm oil
(SPO)
3. Mempersiapkan dan mengupdate semua data SPO
4. menjalankan, memonitoring, serta mengevaluasi kegiatan SPO di lapangan sesuai dengan
SOP Sustainibility Palm Oil dan dasar perundangan yang berlaku
5. Memastikan data dan kondisi lapangan desuai dengan kriteria SPO
6. Memastikan perusahaan lulus sertifikasi ISPO, RSPO, dan ISCC

Ensuring sustainable palm oil system work as well, especially for business and human rights,
principles, labour issues, FPIC, grievance management, and other social issues.

Develop training and internal auditing for plantation especially RSPO, ISPO, ISCC, Human Rights
principles.

Setup system for implementation the Principle of RSPO, ISPO, ISCC, POIG, Proper, and Conduct
internal compliance audit for plantation, for environtment, biodiversity and conservacy, health
and safety aspect

Develop and implement SOP-Policy related to social aspect (social impact, grievance, land
compensation, communication, employee)

1. Manage and ensure all of Unit Operational comply and fulfill the
Government Regulation including Environmental, Health and Safety,
Workers, Operational of Plantation and Mill.
2. To establish the documentation include Policy, Manual, Procedures,
SOP, Work Instruction, and format that all related to environmental
and health and safety, Workers and Operational of Plantation and
Mill.
3. Perform training and develop the new trainer from internal team to
perform training to all employees related to all standard and Principe
and Criterion of Management system i.e. ISO, ISPO, RSPO, SCCS,
ISCC, RFS
4. Create the planning for all sustainability team to assist of operation
unit and together with the team conducted an internal audit and
assist in the preparation of external audit of management system,
i.,e. ISO, ISPO, RSPO, SCCS, ISCC, RFS, and ensure the
success of the implementation of external audit.
