INTRODUCIN
La Psicoprofilaxis Obstetrica, es el conjunto de actividades orientadas a brindar una
preparacin integral (terica, fsica y psicolgica) a la gestante para lograr un embarazo,
parto y postparto sin temor y disminuir sus complicaciones y as contribuir a la disminucin
de la morbi-mortalidad materno perinatal.
INTRODUCTION
The educational program, consisting of 6 sessions of theory and practice, which aims to

temor, en las mejores condiciones y con la posibilidad de una rpida recuperacin.

SECIONES DE PSICOPROFILAXIS
PRIMERA CLASE:
I. OBJETIVO:
Conocer la importancia y beneficio de la Psicoprofilaxis.
II. CONTENIDOS:
TEORIA:
Concepto, aplicacin del test oral de conocimientos sobre el parto.
Factor Temor Tencin dolor.
Reflejos innatos - condicionados y sensaciones normales sobre el parto.
EJERCICIOS:
Tipos de respiracin, relajacin (eliminar la tensin) y gimnasia (recreacin -
conversatorio).
III. MATERIALES
Rotafolios.
Colchonetas.
Equipo de sonido.
CDs.
