• Ricardo Yogui received his Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Business Strategy from Fundação Getúlio Vargas
– FGV in Rio de Janeiro, postgraduate degree in Marketing from Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing - ESPM in Sao Paulo and
degree in Mechanical Engineering from Faculdade de Engenharia Industrial – FEI in Sao Bernardo do Campo, SP. Yogui just started his
second MBA ( Stricto Sensu ) in IBMEC - Rio de Janeiro.

• Member of Brazilian Petroleum Institute – IBP and ICF – International Coach Federation

• Over 20 years related to Innovation and Engineering Process for Infrastructure Industry in Brazil/Mercosul
– One of the first members, in the 1980´s, of Brazilian Engineering Automation Society
– In the end of 1980´s , Yogui joined Ultratec ( UTC ) – a Brazilian EPC – and became member of the Plant Design team that modeled one
of the first Intelligent 3D models in Brazil ( VAX/VMS and RISC/Unix environment ).
– In the early of 1990´s Yogui became member of IGES and STEP committe in ABNT ( Brazilian Association for Technical Standards )
– By mid of 1990´s Yogui became member of Business Analysis Committe in ABIMAQ/SINDIMAQ ( Brazilian Association of Equipments
and Machines Manufacturers ) for feasibility study of National Technological Cluster for Plastic Industry due to the Globalization effect in
this market.
– In the last 7 years has attended International Congresses & Seminars about Automation in the Infrastructure Industry
– In the last years - as keynote speaker - has been continously approached Global Best Practices importance in all Engineeering phases
to the local Infrastructure Industry , as it is the key component to optimize resources, improve Competitiveness, Interoperability and
Sustainability (in the very meanings of this word brings).
