4 Tomatoes Basil Cream: Heat oil in medium pan on barbecue, cook onion and garlic, stirring, until soft. Add
4 Eggs wine, simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes or until reduced by half. Add cream’ boil 5 minutes or until
sauce thickens. Remove from heat, stir in basil; serve imeediately.
Score tomato (gauge out top)
Cross cut the bottom SKIN Serves 4 to 6
Put in water and boil – skin should peal off
Take off skin – and then dice tomato
Stir fry onion
Add tomato + sugar + water (half a cup) with corn-flour (teaspoon) – take it off
