Roll Up Door(Steel), Cement Plaster Finish, Painting
Works(Steel), Structural Steel, Metal Railings,
Conduits, Boxes and fittings, Powerload Center,
Swicthgear and Panel Boards, Lighting Fixtures,
Occupational Safety and Health Program.

Construction Methodology and Procedure

After issuance and approval of the Notice to Proceed by the entity, the contractor
will coordinate with the entity officials and end-users responsible body on the exact
location of the proposed project. The contractor shall mobilize their equipment,
materials and personnel then install project billboards and warning/informative
signages. Afterwards, the contractor shall construct bunkhouses for their personnel
and storage rooms for the materials.
The contractor shall identify the works to be in the said gymnasium with the entity
officials and establish marking. Afterwards, removal of existing structures such
demolition of existing slab for the bleacher stairs. Excavation for wall footings and
stairs shall follow. While structure excavation is ongoing, the fabrication of G.I. Pipe
for the cyclone wire post shall be done simultaneously. After the fabricated materials
are already done, the installation of wall footings and stair footings bars shall follow.
Subsequently, the contractor shall request for pouring permit to the entity. After
approval, pouring of wall footings shall follow. Then, laying of hollow block shall be
done. Next the embankment of common borrow for the stairs. Afterwards, the
contractor shall fabricate and install rebars on stairs landing. After which, pouring of
concrete on stairs and stairs landing shall be done with an approved pouring permit
by the entity. Curing of concrete will be next while the G.I. pipes shall be painted
and fabricated.
After that, the installation of cyclone wires shall follow enclosing the gymnasium
according to plans and specification. While the installation of cyclone is done, the
excavation for wall footing on the perimeter shall follow and installation of rsb, then
followed by the placing of concrete on wall footings. Afterwards, laying of hollow
block shall be done and embankment for the slab. After the base have been
thoroughly compacted, the embankment of gravel will be done and installation of rsb
for slab will be next, then the placing of concrete.
After the major structures had been installed, the shall mobilize their electricians for
the installation of electrical roughing-ins, wires and lighting fixtures to finish the
project. All electrical works shall be in supervision of Registered Master Electrician or
Registered Electrical Engineer
All concrete works shall be done in accordance with the ACI.318 95 building code
requirements for reinforced concrete and all structural steel work according to AISC
Specifications (9th edition) as long as they do not conflict with the Local Building
Code Requirement. Construction notes and typical details apply to all works unless
otherwise shown or noted in the plans.
Shop drawings with erection and placing diagrams of all structural steels,
miscellaneous iron, pre-cast concrete, etc. shall be submitted for entitys approval.
