INSULIN MEDICINES ACCESS PROGRAM

We would like to inform you that the Pharmaceutical Division is implementing the Insulin
Medicines Access Program in various health facilities across the country where insulin products
are being provided free of charge to all patients regardless of financial status.

These are the insulin products under the program:

1) Regular Insulin 100 IU/mL, 10 mL vial

2) Isophane Human Insulin 100 IU/mL, 10 mL vial
3) Biphasic Isophane Human Insulin 70/30 100 IU/mL, 10 mL vial

Kindly bring your latest prescription and medical abstract upon visiting one of the
aforementioned health facilities. If your medication is not included in the program, kindly ask
your doctor if you can have any of the abovementioned insulin as a substitute.
