LS EFCO-LS
Special tools to restore 140 sealing surfaces
on metallic lens ring flanges as per BASF and
DIN 2696 standards. LS machines are available
for DN 3/8 - 8" (8200 mm) flanges.

EFCO-VSA
High Speed Precision Grinding Machine to re-
VSA-1 store sealing surfaces of any angle, wedges,
and flanges from DN 3/4" - 59" (20-1500 mm).
Suitable for precise repairs (especially after welding) to flat
and tapered valve seats, flanges, and many other speciali-

Bore Grinding Attachment

An optional bore grinding attachment converts the VSA into

a completely automatic cylindrical grinder, ideal for pressu-

EFCO-TSV-250
Portable machine with eccentric movement speci-
ally for grinding and lapping of sealing surfaces
in safety valves from DN 3/4"-10" (20-250 mm).
This machine has two separate drive motors.
Due to the superposition of those two independent rotations a
constant cutting speed is achieved on the whole sealing sur-
face. Suitable for usage on-site and in the workshop.

Swing Check Adapter Optimum working pressure is easily duplicated with op-

Swing Check Adapters are available as an option for

reworking seats in swing checks or other valves where the
seat angle is very large. Normal submerging depths are

EFCO-SLV
We offer additional machine arms-SLV that allow our SL-1,
SL-15, and SL-2 gate valve machines to grind and lap sea-
ling surfaces in globe valves with flat seats.
They are available for our standard EFCO-SL machines.

EFCO-SLA
Planet wheels with mechanically driven grind-
ing spindles (patent pending) for SL 15 and SL 2 machi-
nes. Significant increase of material removal rate, higher
productivity shorter machining time.
Available as option for new machines as well as upgrade
kit for SL machines already delivered.

ADAPTERS AND TILT TABLES
Tooling from EFCO's in-line valve repair equipment may be
used with MK-Adapters in your column or radial drill for
quick and accurate in-shop repairs of sealing surfaces on
gate valves, globe valves, wedges, plugs, and flanges.
Our Tilt Tables simplify set-ups and further help to lower
repair costs. Tables may be adjusted and locked continuous-
ly from 0 to 12 degrees.

An ideal addition to the shop, this Grinding Table is
well-suited for a number of operations, especially flat grind-
ing of gate valve wedges, control valve discs, and various
machined parts. Self-adhesive abrasive rings are mounted

Cubic Boron Nitride (CBN) is bonded to hardened steel
discs as an alternative to regular abrasives supplied with
EFCO machines.
The GSS discs are noted for rapid grinding of stellite, steel,
cast iron and bronze, long service life, resistance to high
temperatures, corrosive chemicals, and steam.
Grinding discs with diameters 30, 50, 80 and 120 mm are
