Convert 2D drawing to 3D Model
Create manufacturing drawings for individual components like top plate, bottom plate.

Check the program running simulations.

Description: Axial full cone nozzles are fluid spray nozzles which are especially appropriate for Surface
spraying, Washing & Cooling of flue gasses to remove fly ash, Cooling condenser, Scrubbing, Foam breaking .It
sprays on the same axis as the inlet fluid &offer advantages such as even distribute on liquid spray over the
whole circular impact area.

Responsibilities:

Feature based, parametric model has been built for the component and associative detailed technical
drawing has been created with all technical specification including GD&T.

(2) Project Name: AIR MIST NOZZELE

Client : CADMAXX Solutions Pvt Ltd.
CAD tool used : UG/NX-9

Description: This air Atomizing Spray Nozzle mixes liquid & air to give fine mist like formation. In
common situation we can get super fine liquid spraying drops.

Responsibilities:

Feature based, parametric models have been built for the assembly and detailed assembly & component
drawing has been created with all technical specifications including GD&T.
Bottom up design approach has been used to create a digital mockup of the product
Clearance analysis, Section analysis has been performed to validate design for assembly condition .
