Conociendo el Encano, uno de los sitio tursticos ms visitados en la regin, estamos

desayunando Agua Panela con Cuajada para el frio acompaado de unas deliciosas rosquillas.
Ahora estamos yendo a La Laguna de la Cocha, una gran extensin de agua, en la cual
navegamos en lancha para ir hacia la isla de la Corota, tienen su propio santuario, la isla tiene
diversa fauna y flora se encontraban monos y diferentes especies de vegetacin.

A esta hora ya hace mucha hambre, comeremos en un restaurante del pueblo, vamos a probar
la comida tpica que es la Trucha, una comida deliciosa, ahora un postre, fresas con crema y
otro de tres leches muy ricos para completar el almuerzo

Visitando la apanguita , donde venden un rico helado artesanal muy tradicional en la ciudad ,
es un helado echo en una paila que le estn dando vueltas constantemente para mantener la
contextura del helado, diferentes sabores , vainilla , mora , chocolate entre otros .

Retornamos a la ciudad sorpresa (Pasto), as le llaman la mayor parte de la gente, porque el

clima es variante a cualquier hora del da puede pasar de un fuerte sol hasta la ms intensa de
las lluvias. Pasando por el centro de la ciudad por la calle 17 , entramos en un lugar de comidas
le para tomar algo , le llaman el Palacio de la empanada , tomamos caf con empanadas de
aejo , la empanada es rellena de arroz , carne y pollo. Tambin probamos las almojbanas y
los quimbolitos .

Llegamos al pueblo de Catambuco, hubicado a 15 minutos de la ciudad, Entramos en el

restaurante Catambuy , para probrar la comida ms tpica de Pasto que es el Cuy (conejillo de
indias) . Mientras lo preparan jugamos sapo, comimos crspelas y tomamos cerveza. Pasadas
una hora nos trajeron el cuy asado, tiene un sabor muy noble, crocante y exquisito, diferente
de las otras carnes , delicioso plato tpico y el mejor que tiene la regin para l o la persona
que le guste . A m me encanto!
